There is a big difference between an unlocked phone an one from a carrier.

They will waste your time and not ever care about it. They will screw up and just make you wait. They should give you something for waiting so long for there screw ups.

I've learned to use it more effectively these past few days. I have everything at my fingertips, and the battery lasts for almost two days. It's fantastic! I think changes are made with the intention of improving your day, your chores, your work, and I can definitely say it's the best phone I've ever bought. And yes... I highly recommend it!
