    Be careful with pictures in dark mode

    The only reason I gave 1 stars was:1, the pictures I took has dark lines, 2, I want to return but they can not return full trade in value, 3. BBY didn't mention full trade in value can not be returned if trade in happens.

    I'm a long time iPhone user and have wanted to make the switch for a long time. I bought this and returned it 3 days later. Some key observations and feedback for users in the same spot: - The hardware feels amazing. Better than any droid or iphone I've ever had. It's very well designed and just simply super well done. - Android and Samsung's UI is complete garbage. - The user experience is very very unintuitive - There are many random apps that do the same thing integrated with the core OS. For example, you're constantly prompted to pick a notes app, or browser, or AI thing. - The cross-platform compatibility is really bad. Idk if Apple is the problem or what but the phone takes amazing pictures and video. But when sending pictures to iPhone users or upload on social media they don't look nearly as good. All in all, I can't wait for Apple to steal the design and adapt their software with it. Android is definitely ahead features wise and capabilities but they do a really bad job at implementing it.

    Bought this to replace my ageing S10+ and have been nothing but disappointed since purchasing it. The battery has been nothing but a problem, taking an abnormal amount of time to even begin charging, and not hold a charge for as long as it is supposed to. Tried taking it in for service but they could not identify the problem. Have been continually power cycling it to see if that could break the problem but to no luck. At the point of demanding a refund based on state lemon laws.

    The phone itself was nothing really special. It would have worked much better if Samsung didn't shove their version of almost every app that comes standard on an Android (but somehow does it worse) on all their devices, but I went in expecting that. I was not expecting the battery to bulge and pop out the back panel. I was less expecting the $200+ protection plan I paid Best Buy for to be worthless. Won't buy another Samsung, won't buy anything else at Best Buy.

    ONLINE PURCHASE COULD BE LOST IN TRANSIT!

    I initially purchased an unlocked samsung galaxy s25 from best buy online as the phone was on sale. It was suspicious that the phone did not arrive as promised and it was supposedly "Lost In Transit". I went to the Best Buy physical store to inquire about this issue and apparently there have been several reports of products on sale that are lost in transit whenever it is purchased online and that the company who is contracted to do delivery is UPS. After several unsuccessful attempts to get my product, I ended up just purchasing another phone that is regularly priced from a physical best buy store. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT AND I FEEL SCAMMED!!!! I am so hesitant so purchase another product that nline especially if it is in sale as the likelihood of the product being lost in transit is high. So i want to warn potential buyers out there to be careful when purchasing items online, that there is a high chance you will not receive it!

    No Phone, Bad Customer Service

    This review does not reflect S25 Ultra, but it concerns the process of dealing with Best Buy customer service. I pre-ordered the S25 Ultra on January 31, with a delivery scheduled for February 7. When my order arrived, I opened the box, and all it contained was a damaged Samsung S25 Ultra box without a phone. I immediately took everything to the local Best Buy, and the GM helped start the process. Customer Service told me I could pick up a phone on the 7th and gave me the location to pick up the unit. When I went to the location, I was told it was on hold for the review process, and the phone should be available on the morning of the 8th. Once again, that didn’t happen, and after several phone calls, I still don’t have a phone. I’ve been told the situation has escalated, and they don’t know when I can get a replacement phone. I talked to another rep and was told I could pick up a phone from another location today, but the order still hasn’t been processed. The lesson learned is not to have a phone shipped from Best Buy and only do a store pickup. This process has been more than frustrating.

    Picture quality iss poor. I take lots of pictures and my old samsung 22ultra was rhe best. I WOULD HAVE NOT got my samsung 25 ultra if i would have known. This is the main reason i stuck with Samsung. Very expensive to not be happy with it :(

    For as much money as I spent on this phone I would expect it to not have so many issues. Samsung used to be great, but these newer models suck so bad. Do not waste your money, you will get upset because even the drop down menu takes forever to work.

    I LOVE my new phone. Paid to have contents transferred, and the guy messed it up by not downloading the e-sim, so when it finished the transfer, and i was on my way home 3 hrs away, i had a non activated phone....NOT HAPPY. Had to pay my local Verizon to activate my phone....

    Phone calls echo similar to sidetone for no reason. You basically hear yourself talking. Tried everything to fix it but apparently this is a problem with internal circuitry. For a $1300 phone and being Samsung, totally disappointing. Can't even send it in for warranty because needed for work.

    The phone is horrible. The software is during it's own thing on this phone. Thing that worked on my other after transferring to this phone now they are not working properly. APPLE HERE I COME.
