I am very tech challenged and I got Geek Squad and they transfered my info from my Galaxy S8 to my new phone Galaxy S 25 Ultra. I have had it for several weeks and so far I a able to use it and not have any problems. I had a little problem with ring tones for each contact, but with customer assist care, I got it figured out and really enjoy my new phone. Like that it has a lot of space. So far it really holds a charge, I only charge it at night so far. I would recommend this phone.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is an all around great phone. The camera is fantastic, the AI features are really useful, and 'Circle to Search' has gotten even better The main reason to get this phone is the incredible AI. It does half the work for you, and it's great for photo editing, too.Even with heavy use, like watching videos or making lots of calls, the battery lasts more than a day. You don't have to charge it all the time

Switched from an older phone and the camera difference is insane. 100x Zoom is crazy to have and it helps when you need to take a pic from far

I love this phone, its so strong and sleek and expensive looking and feeling. The pen is so convenient and you can even make it auto start a note when you yake the pen out. Camera is amazing and i didnt realize how crappy )

Getting the extra storage was worth it (500gb). Its not too heavy and what else can i say other than it runs really well get it yourself as a treat go big or go home.

Yes, I was good. It was good everybody for a friend at the store and I would recommend her to go again I I like and I love Best Buy and this phone is really good. I bought it from my little brother. he loved the phone.

Wonderful phone, especially due to the fact that the display is very big compared to my old S21 and there is a big difference in the processor speed which makes this phone an amazing deal along with the Black Friday sale!

Works great. I'm enjoying figuring out all that it can do and still have my old customized ring tones, sounds and settings. I've not had a problem with Samsung in the past, so I'm sticking with this brand. A new phone for another 10 years is worth it for me.

I bought this cell phone after being frustrated with my zFold4 getting cracked screens every year. I decided on thus phone instead of the new zFold7 because I felt the folding phones needed quality refinements. While I miss the larger, folding screens of the zFolds, I found this Ultra to be an outstanding performer with excellent build quality. The 200 mb camera images have surprising quality and detail.

I like this phone. I am still learning some of the features. The ones I have found are by accident lol. The phone moves pretty fast and has a clear bright screen. It has a really good camera.
