The new S26 doesnt seem noticeably different and i kinda liked the S23 better. Not worth the cost for the upgrade in my opinion.

I thought supporting local stores is better than buying from amazon to help local economy and local employees but I was wrong. I purchased S26 as a gift but unfortunately the giftee just recently purchased a new phone. I tried to return this unopened item but it just past the 2-week return policy (3weeks). Initially it was my understanding that since it's an open line (no contract), I can return it for 30days, as I was told when I purchased it. I asked for some consideration or even a store credit since the product it totally unused nor unopened and its only been 3 weeks. The teller asked me to wait for the manager. After waiting for a while, I was told that the manager cannot guarantee to talk to me because he is super busy, I was told his name is Edwin. I wonder how busy it could be, there are about 20 employees in the floor and only about 5 customers walking. This is my WORST customer service ever. I talked to several employees but no one wants to listen!! BUYERS beware!!! Don't support this local Best Buy store, buy ur stuff online or in AMAZON. This is not BEST BUY store, its WORST BUY STORE.!!!!
