    Terrible experience with my trade-in. Best Buy took my old device, but the process was confusing and unfair. Customer service was not helpful in resolving my concerns. I expected much better from a company of this size. Buy product from Samsung website please

    The service at the San Francisco store was less than bad,it was awful. The purchase of the Samsung Galaxy 26 ultra took over 4 hours and a great deal of frustration. It was so bad I had to schedule an additional appointment with the geek squad to complete the process.
