    Best Buy is hands down the best place to buy a new phone and this upgrade proved it. The deal was actually better than going through my service provider, and with the S26 Ultra launch promotion, it genuinely felt like I was getting paid to upgrade. I came from the S24 Ultra, and the difference is immediate. Everything is faster and smoother, charging is noticeably quicker with the 60W charger, and the camera, speakers, and AI features all feel like a real step up not just a minor update. The new OS just ties everything together. What stood out most was the value. I wasn’t expecting to save this much compared to my carrier, and the whole process at Best Buy was simple and hassle-free. If you’re even thinking about upgrading, I’d 100% recommend doing it especially through Best Buy. This was one of the easiest and smartest upgrades I’ve made.

    After a few weeks, it's running circles around my S23 Ultra. I really like the privacy screen feature for certain apps and notifications, and the call screening tech is amazing! Battery life is fine, but not incredible.

    I've always had a Samsung device and absolutely love them. I upgrade every 2 years. I'm loving the new s26 ultra. Super fast with a great camera!

    I love the updates to the galaxy s series. I had a zfold 5 as my last phone and realized I never used it for what it was

    Worst experience ever! Best buy used to be the standard for all electronics and now seem to not be able to deliver on the bare minimum expected of them. Pre-ordered my 26 ultra on march 2nd and still have yet to receive on the 23rd. If the ohone isnt delivered today they will automatically cancel order and i will lose my $200 off discount for Pre-ordering. Customer service has been no help at all. Seems like they are just trying to get out of the discount. Will never shop here again
