Love my phone the is awseome i love the new privacy screen. I highly recommend.

So I finally upgraded to the new Galaxy S26 Ultra. I already had an older Galaxy S model that I loved, but it was showing its age. Best Buy had a great offer that I couldn't pass up. I got a really good trade-in credit for my old phone. They made it so easy to send my old phone back and the credit showed up on my credit card within a few days of the return. As usual, the transfer from old to new phone is super simple and the new phone was up and running the same day I unpacked it. I'm getting myself acquainted with all the new features of S26 and I've registered for a Samsung class to learn more about how to use the camera functions.

This is the best performance Samsung I've had in a very long time. Coming after a z fold, which battery life was way poor, this one last me all day, it's just a great device.

Love my new phone. Love the privacy screen for working on it. The camera does not exagerate colors like tha last phone. Excited to have access to perplexity by just tapping a button. The extra storage is great since my S22U was always running out of space.

I recently switched from iPhone 16 Pro to the S26 Ultra, and overall I’m really liking it. The display is beautiful, much bigger, and great for watching videos, browsing, and even work. The phone feels premium and powerful. The only adjustment for me has been the size. It’s definitely bigger and a bit harder to manage with one hand compared to my iPhone. Earlier I could easily text or use my phone anywhere with one hand, but now I have to be a bit more careful and often use both hands. That said, the bigger screen is also a big advantage once you get used to it. If you’re okay with a larger phone, this is a great upgrade.

Good weight and fits hand comfortably. Fingerprint mode way more accurate and quick. Unsurpassed camera. AI is intuitive and unobtrusive. No other phone compares.

Was lucky enough to purchase an open box phone. The screen protector has not even been removed, so it's doubtful it was used before, but got a great bargain on a super product. The phone arrived on time in protective shipping. Thanks.

Huge upgrade from my s20 fe. Battery life actually last more than a day. Camera quality is top tier. Zooming in and can still get clarity.

The s26 ultra performs great but has terrible battery life. I specifically upgraded from my s23 ultra because the battery started requiring almost two charges a day or at least one full charge at work to make it home. I needed to he able to make it home without a dead phone if I forgot to chatge at work. Sadly the s26 ultra ended up being even worse despite being new and supposedly more efficient. I somehow have to charge more while also using the phone less to have the same battery life as a degraded, heavily used s23 ultra. The screen is amazing, build feels much better, just feels more premium but the battery life would have been a deal breaker for me if reviewers didn’t lie or exaggerat. The s26 ultra has less screen on time playing yt videos than an old degraded s23 ultra. The experience picking up the phone was another giant nightmare. BB scammed me with my previous laptop purchase so I shouldn't have been surprised that it took them almost 3 hours to just let me do my trade in and pic up the phone I preordered and paid in full for. For the first hour they tried to force me to purchase the phone a second time because they couldn't figure out how the promo trade in value worked. At one point I had 6 different employees all failing to figure out how to check me out. After standing around for almost two hours they finally start calling places for help to get an answer immediately. After that process I was then left holding my trade in phone for an hour waiting for the person helping me to come back and complete the trade in. I wasted an additional hour because I wanted to be honest and not leave with the phone that I already got the trade in credit for and was entered in the system as received. I never had such a poor experience before. I have never had such bad experiences back to back anywhere before. The ohone is meh but the shopping experience was a nightmare.
