The s26 ultra performs great but has terrible battery life. I specifically upgraded from my s23 ultra because the battery started requiring almost two charges a day or at least one full charge at work to make it home. I needed to he able to make it home without a dead phone if I forgot to chatge at work. Sadly the s26 ultra ended up being even worse despite being new and supposedly more efficient. I somehow have to charge more while also using the phone less to have the same battery life as a degraded, heavily used s23 ultra. The screen is amazing, build feels much better, just feels more premium but the battery life would have been a deal breaker for me if reviewers didn’t lie or exaggerat. The s26 ultra has less screen on time playing yt videos than an old degraded s23 ultra. The experience picking up the phone was another giant nightmare. BB scammed me with my previous laptop purchase so I shouldn't have been surprised that it took them almost 3 hours to just let me do my trade in and pic up the phone I preordered and paid in full for. For the first hour they tried to force me to purchase the phone a second time because they couldn't figure out how the promo trade in value worked. At one point I had 6 different employees all failing to figure out how to check me out. After standing around for almost two hours they finally start calling places for help to get an answer immediately. After that process I was then left holding my trade in phone for an hour waiting for the person helping me to come back and complete the trade in. I wasted an additional hour because I wanted to be honest and not leave with the phone that I already got the trade in credit for and was entered in the system as received. I never had such a poor experience before. I have never had such bad experiences back to back anywhere before. The ohone is meh but the shopping experience was a nightmare.

Phone works wonderfully. Night photos are significantly better than previous models. Faster aperture is not that significant in daily photos. Charges up sooo much faster!

Phone feels and runs very smooth. Feels very solid when holding and the phone functions as expected. Feels like a matured product out of the box at launch.

Huge upgrade from my s20 fe. Battery life actually last more than a day. Camera quality is top tier. Zooming in and can still get clarity.

The camera is amazing, battery last a very long time and it was very easy to have all of my stuff transferred over from my old device.

I have bought the last 5 ultras phones. I know, I have problem. However, this is a huge step up over the last few year over year improvements. They made the phone a lot more polished while slimming it down and making it way more comfortable to hold. The privacy screen is a real innovation and the AI features are low key amazing now. My only thing from proclaiming this at the best phone ever is that it lacks the Qi 2 charging magnet in the phone. I'm sure they have to figure out the sPen interaction to get the magnet and pen working together. If they can they will have an all timers on the next one.

Fantastic phone, quick and the batter life of the phkne is awesome even while playing games would recommend to anyone who enjoys high end tech

I do miss the days were Samsung gave more at launch and didn't make so many cutbacks like apple with accessories. But here we are. They are both cutting back simple items. Charging brick, buds and other options given at launch. No more. Trade in Value at Samsung was actually worse than Best Buy which was a 1st. So I went with best buy. Upgrading from S24 Ultra. Design of phone ok. Feels great, but as all phones do. Case required unless you can afford repairing after drops all the time. So color of phone only matters with clear case for the most part. Privacy screen is nice, but not as good as an actual privacy screen. But being able to turn it off and on whenever I feel has been an amazing option. If your new to Samsung, you will love it. If you are familiar it will feel similar. I wouldn't say if you had S25 Ultra it was worth the upgrade. Camera bump is big and since on 1 side it does lean. Some cases can fix this is required. End of the day. Still happy with it and glad I upgraded.

Moved from Galaxy S25 Ultra to S26 Ultra. By far the best camera I have used on a mobile device. Phone has been rock solid with no issues.

My daughter was staunch Iphone. She admitted there was no real update for years. I got her this or her birthday. It wasn't a big gameble. If she didn't like it, i could replace my Galaxy S22 Ultra which I still use today. But she loves it especially the camera. She says she wish she mad the switch a while ago.

As a longtime Samsung Note user trading up from an S25 Ultra, overall the feel and use is very similar. I like knowing I have the latest, fastest, best connecting chips and antennas. This phone has not disappointed. I have no issues with the screen in bright or dim light. I am happy esp. with the ability to turn on and off the digital adjustments to photos (i.e., HD, AE, etc.) Buying through BestBuy and trading in my older phone made the purchase easy and affordable!
