I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra for a bit now, and it’s been a solid phone overall. The display is bright and clear, and everything looks sharp whether I’m watching videos or just scrolling. Performance has been smooth in day-to-day use. Apps open quickly, and switching between them feels responsive. I haven’t run into any lag so far. The camera has been one of my favorite parts. Pictures come out detailed, and the zoom works really well for shots at a distance. Battery life has been consistent and gets me through a full day with regular use. Overall, it’s been a reliable phone with strong performance and a really good camera.

The phone isn't the issue I knew what I was getting when I pre-ordered the Galaxy s26 ultra but not being able to just mail in my old phone so that I could take it home and migrate from my old s24 ultra to my new one and having to do it in store being rushed while someone's sitting there watching and waiting for me to give them my old phone was an annoying process. The worst that would happen if I didn't give them my old phone is I would have to pay full price for the new phone but she sat there looking at me like I was going to steal it or something, the entire hour and a half it took to migrate from one phone to the next. Then for days after I had issues because I needed the old phone for security verification when setting up the new phone and for certain apps thankfully there were ways around that but it wasn't a simple process. I recommend the product I don't recommend pre-ordering if that's how it's going to be handled. Just allow us to mail the old phone in within two or three days like Samsung themselves do.

I switched from a Pixel 9 Pro fold (and having used Pixel Pro phones for years) to the Samsung 26 Ultra, it feels like a massive upgrade. The just Ultra feels more responsive in general navigation and with apps. The privacy screen is a huge upgrade compared to a normal phone and having the S-pen is a benefit as well to write quick notes when needed.

Turned off all AI. I'm so happy now! Works great without AI. AI makes it a spy machine with little to no benefit. There wasn't a single AI task that saved me work. As all needed further review or editing or complete redo to get 100%. In addition the AI use shares all and it's made public or at least stored and shared by companies to target user for sales or much worse.

Battery life is good and good quality for the display. Camera is awsome.

Good phone so far long battery life and fast charging

This phone has a much smoother screen touch pad! The sound quality is very good, not great. The Bluetooth range is excellent! The camera has great edit features with very easy to use functions. The battery life is excellent compared to the last generation. The stylus is a bonus.

Been rocking the s22 ultra. This has been a great upgrade. I do miss the Bluetooth in the Spen but the speed & battery life is so much better.

Overall great phone. I purchased this phone upgrading from a iPhone 15 Pro Max and all I can say is that the transition from an iPhone to Samsung was seamless. It was super easy to transfer my data. Only thing that sucks is loosing your paid apps but you can download apks. Android may be harder to use for those who have never used it but with Android 16 and OneUI 8.5, I'd say using a Samsung nowadays is almost as easy as using an iPhone. You just have to get used to the layout then it'll be pleasant to use. I'm 2 weeks in to using this phone as of writing this and so far I have no major issues with it. Only small issue I have is customizing and finding certain settings. The thing that helped me out was simply looking up what I need on a browser. If you can't find certain settings or customization options just look it up, don't stress out trying to find it on your own. I give the phone a 9.5/10, one of my top 10 phones I've used so far.

After reading all the comparison reviews, I almost did not upgrade. I am now glad I did. It is much easier to hold with case. Better display and has an edge over the 25. Just make sure you track the trade in if you do it. BB did not give the extra 600 at first, I had to remind them. Seemed fishy.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra does not disappoint. I used to upgrade twice a year when S and Note used to launch. Tried the fold on 3 different generations and it just don't compete with the S Ultra. Camera is a beast. Decent upgrade from S25 Ultra.

Wanted to upgrade my phone S23+ and was stuck between this one and the 25 ultra and I am so glad I chose this one. Not only is the camera amazing, compared to my old phone, the privacy screen feature is among my favorite aspects, as it saves me the need to buy the screen protector separately

previous Galaxy S20 was showing its age and starting to malfunction. It was past point of reasonable repair cost so replaced it with S26 Ultra. Love the camera but would be just as happy with same camera, battery, and without stylus.

I love this phone! Samsung continues to get better. I jumped from an s23 ultra to the s26 ultra and have been amazed. I love the customization I'm able to do with the phone. The screen is beautiful and the phone is the perfect size.
