    It is a good phone camera quality not sure if it’s WhatsApp that’s the problem or the phone itself other than that it’s good.

    I'm still adjusting to this phone and it does not work as easily with my touch as did the pixel 6 I came from. I suspect I need to learn a lot more about various adjustments and adaptations so that I can make it work for me. It would be so much better if I did not have to go into the store every time I need information about my phone.

    3.11.26 delivery date order still not shipped

    I will change my review once I get an item but for now 1/5*. I have been buying Samsung ultra for 10+ years every year but in 2026 i so far I have bad experience with Bestbuy/Samsung and IDK whos fault it is. Order was supposed to be deliver by 3.11.26, as of 3.27.26 it is still not shipped with no communication of what happened or how and when it will get resolved.

    Good product but i thought it would have been smarter in making bluetooth connection to my car. Not easily connected

    Stay away from Bestbuy

    This review is for the service I received at Bestbuy & NOT the Samsung S26 ultra phone. I personally went in to Bestbuy to pre-order the Samsung s26 ultra phone. Bestbuy offered $500 trade-in allowance for my prior phone (subject to verifying condition). Upon my request, a manager looked at & inspected my phone being offered for trade in. After taking the case off, I was told it looks excellent and an associate sent me a text for me to complete the pre-order purchase & pay. I completed the purchase & waited a few days for the phone to be released by Samsung. I went to the store to pick up the new phone, gave the Bestbuy associate my drivers license for I.D. and waited while the new phone was located. The new phone was scanned and i was handed a Bestbuy receipt. That receipt reflected a $75.00 trade in allowance NOT $500 as my original receipt & the Bestbuy offer stated. After over 3 hours in Bestbuy, they could not figure out how to change that $75 to the $500. I was told I would get a credit at a later date but no specific date AND NOTHING in writing to confirm this promise. I showed 3 different Bestbuy employees my recipe as well as Bestbuy's website still reflected the same $500 trade in allowance. I still have my old phone and have shared the terrible Bestbuy experience with countless friends & more online.

    The phone is alright. But there is a huge glitch with the preorder promotion. After preordered, when ready to pickup, the associate can't find or honor the promotion that was at preorder. This was so frustrating and inconvenient for both associate and myself. Call me or Email me for further details

    Does not have big changes between S 25 ultra and S 26 ultra
