I switched from apple after getting sick of their updates messing up my phone. I had a 16 pro max and it was just getting so glitchy. I shouldve switched a long time ago. Even google services are cheaper than having everything thru apple. Wont ever go back and telling everyone i know to get rid of their iphone.

Bestbuy provide the best deal for the Samsung product. For the S26 ultra, I get the highest tradein value for my s24+ on the top of it I got a memory upgrade to 512GB for no cost. Even Samsung website doesn't give that much discount without purchasing something extra. They really kept the value of their name "BestBuy"

I got the phone as expected. I like the phone specially private screen mode. The screen has a different color temperature but my eyes will get used to it. The trade-in process went well as well.

I keep getting emails wanting me to leave a review so here it is. I received an empty box after waiting way too long vecause of "delays". I opened the box in front of the fedex lady. They claimed they would send me another one so I waited and it got delayed, I tried to change it to pick up at nearby best buy, it got delayed again so I cancelled order and was just going to go up there in person and get a phone. It's been over a month now and I still don't have a phone but there's still a $1500 charge on my best buy credit card. Might not be using best buy anymore.
