Traded in my S24u and it was a painless experience. best buy was a good place to do the trade in. The phone is amazing and they allowed me to transfer my data in store.

Fantastic, spectacular, very good, Many new features that put it above other brands.

I think it should have a native APP locker tool, different from Secure Folder. But something that allow to block apps, asking for finger print or pass to open it. In Xiaomi they have a native tool that also allow to make some apps invisible, asking fp or pass before unhidden or open.

Love it i love all the features of this phone I love the little stylus. I love the size of the screen. The phone is just a nice phone.It's really nice a love it

I switch from an iPhone to a Samsung, and I can honestly say I'm having so much fun using my phone. I've been in apple user, the last 15 years, and I had enough being in jail. This gives me the freedom to use my skills and create. My own little Fairytale on my phone.

The S26 ultra touts a couple of new features, notably 25 watt wireless charging and a privacy display screen. The fast charging requires that you have a case with a magnet, it doesn't work with the bare phone. It doesn't work with most cases, either, because they're too thick or don't align precisely. I have a Zagg "Crystal Palace" case, and I haven't seen anything faster than 12 watts. The privacy display works, but the screen appearance degrades significantly with it on, and the screen's still quite readable at up to about 45 degrees. If you're buying the S26 ultra for this feature, you'll probably be disappointed. The S26U has a faster processor, but that only really matters if you play graphic-intensive games on your phone. I play games, but only really on my PC or tablet, and many phone games aren't that demanding. The S26U is still a good phone, just probably not worth the upgrade if you own a high-end phone that's only a few years old.

I've been using the Galaxy S26 Ultra for a while now, and I'm very happy with it. It has exceeded my expectations, especially the camera, which takes amazing photos. Overall, it's an excellent phone, and I would definitely recommend it.

seriously bad service at the Best Buy. The guy took out my sim tray while showing me the phone and didn't put it back in. I was traveling that evening out of the US and didn't notice it until the next morning and the phone was useless to me. I asked them to arrange to send me one and was told they couldn't do that. Couldn't use the phone for 2 weeks

I love this phone. It has the best camera settings, and the quality is amazing. I chose the white color, and it stands out very much. Not to mention I got $900 for trading in my old device.

The S26 Ultra's new Privacy Display is a total win because it blocks anyone sitting next to you from seeing your screen, yet it stays crystal clear when you're looking at it straight on.

This is an exceptional phone. I upgraded from the S25 Ultra and initially questioned whether the incremental improvements would justify the investment. They absolutely did.

Samsung online was willing to sell the S26 ultra to me for $50 less that best buy, but i was concerned with activation. Turns out because of my carrier they woukdnt activate it anyway so i could have ordered from Samsung direct and saved $50, but i would have had to wait 3 to 5 days for the phone to cone, the stress and anxiety of waiting for and rracking this phone would have been stressful to me. So no regrets, other than not setting the phone up for me the price was good, tbey had a couple color options, so if you dont like to buy then wait and you prefer a brick and mortar, go to BestBuy for a great price on your new phone.
