    I will change my review once I get an item but for now 1/5*. I have been buying Samsung ultra for 10+ years every year but in 2026 i so far I have bad experience with Bestbuy/Samsung and IDK whos fault it is. Order was supposed to be deliver by 3.11.26, as of 3.27.26 it is still not shipped with no communication of what happened or how and when it will get resolved.

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with Best Buy’s trade-in program, and I would strongly advise others to be very careful. I traded in a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra that had no cracks and was in good condition. Before shipping it, I even had the device inspected in-store at their Oswego Route 34 location, where a Best Buy employee confirmed it was in good condition. After they received the device, I was shocked to be told that the phone was “shattered on the screen and back,” which is completely inaccurate and does not reflect the condition it was in when I shipped it. When I asked for photo evidence of this supposed damage, I was told that they do not provide any pictures—so there is no transparency or way for customers to verify their claims. To make matters worse, I was then informed that because they classified the phone as “cracked,” I would lose the promotional trade-in value entirely. This means customers are expected to accept their judgment without proof, even when it contradicts prior in-store verification. Their terms and conditions place all responsibility on the customer for any damage during shipping, even though they provide the shipping label. This creates a system where the customer carries all the risk with no accountability from Best Buy. In the end, I chose to have my phone returned rather than accept a drastically reduced value with no evidence provided. I will also be returning the new phone I purchased and taking my business elsewhere. This experience showed a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and fairness. I expected much better from a company like Best Buy.

    Great, but same as S25 Ultra, i would only upgrade if you fot S23 Ultra amd Below. YES, S24 Ultra is still good enough. The new privacy screen setting is amazing, but not worth the upgrade by itself

    Stay away from Bestbuy

    This review is for the service I received at Bestbuy & NOT the Samsung S26 ultra phone. I personally went in to Bestbuy to pre-order the Samsung s26 ultra phone. Bestbuy offered $500 trade-in allowance for my prior phone (subject to verifying condition). Upon my request, a manager looked at & inspected my phone being offered for trade in. After taking the case off, I was told it looks excellent and an associate sent me a text for me to complete the pre-order purchase & pay. I completed the purchase & waited a few days for the phone to be released by Samsung. I went to the store to pick up the new phone, gave the Bestbuy associate my drivers license for I.D. and waited while the new phone was located. The new phone was scanned and i was handed a Bestbuy receipt. That receipt reflected a $75.00 trade in allowance NOT $500 as my original receipt & the Bestbuy offer stated. After over 3 hours in Bestbuy, they could not figure out how to change that $75 to the $500. I was told I would get a credit at a later date but no specific date AND NOTHING in writing to confirm this promise. I showed 3 different Bestbuy employees my recipe as well as Bestbuy's website still reflected the same $500 trade in allowance. I still have my old phone and have shared the terrible Bestbuy experience with countless friends & more online.

    It seems like I may be one of the few?? people who can’t adapt to the latest Samsung display changes. I’ve tried what I believe are all the available settings and adjustments, (privacy settings off) but this screen consistently causes headaches, eye strain, and even dizziness with extended use. I’ve been using Samsung phones for years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced anything like this. Unfortunately, it makes the device unusable for me. I’m very disappointed both with Samsung’s “improvements” and with Best Buy’s handling of the situation. Since I already shipped my trade-in device, my old phone is gone, and Best Buy was unwilling to return it—even though the trade-in had not yet been processed

    Its ok the battery is not that good. It's little less wide from my 24 ultra. And also quality wise Its declining day by day. I liked my 22 and 24 ultra more. They don't focus on making it more durable work wise like black berry's I find it really hard if i have to go through different apps for work of just home health aide let alone other things battery drains fast it didn't seems like it's new i feel like i am using the update version of my old used phone

    Title: Shipping Failures and Zero Accountability Review: My recent experience with Best Buy’s online order and trade-in process was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The shipping process was unreliable and poorly managed, creating unnecessary delays and confusion. What made matters worse was the complete lack of coordination between the online system and in-store staff. A critical shipping label for my trade-in was mistakenly removed by store personnel, leaving me stuck and unable to complete the process. Trying to resolve the issue only added to the frustration. Customer service provided little to no meaningful assistance, and the store staff were unable to correct the mistake they created. I was left waiting with no updates, no urgency, and no clear path to resolution. For a company of this size, I expected far better communication, accountability, and basic operational competence. Instead, I experienced delays, confusion, and a lack of ownership at every step. Until Best Buy improves its shipping processes and empowers its employees to actually resolve customer issues, I would be cautious about relying on their online orders or trade-in programs.

    One of the worst purchases ive ever made. Firstly i get a pair of pants instead of a phone then after many calls and back and forth waiting just to see nothing happening on a $1400 purchase i had to go about contacting bbb then i finally get a replacement shipped to me but then they start a new issue with my trade in. Sending a good working device and they mention they recived a device with the back part coming off. What a shame glad i had the video of the tradein having no such issue but they want you to contact the shipper as to make things more worse they dont hadle that so On one purchase they lost a customer of thiers for 20 plus years!

    Best Buy’s trade-in program is a scam—plain and simple. I pre-ordered a Samsung S26 Ultra before the release date, and it still arrived almost a month after launch. They also delayed reviewing my trade-in device, and after all that time, suddenly claimed it had “LCD burn” and “screen damage,” dropping the value from $800 to $90—with zero proof provided. By the time they dragged everything out, I was past the return window, and they have refused any extension. I have been forced to pay full price for a phone that I would never have bought without that trade-in promise. To top it off, I'm yet to receive my old phone back after numerous requests for it to be returned. Completely deceptive. Buyer beware—and needless to say I won’t be spending another dollar at Best Buy and pray for their quick demise, which is inevitable.

    Horrible Experience from Best Buy Online and Support, will not refund the money for the phone they shipped and lost. Shipping me an empty package which was tampered. It's been a month and 5 calls dealing with their support and they keep going back and forth. Save yourself a hassle and do not purchase online.
