I've had some issues

Best Buy has been awesome through it all and has taken care of me. My first S6 started draining the battery in less than 3 hours for no apparent reason. We traded it out for another and all seemed fine until I started getting shoddy phone and internet signal. My fiancé has a S-4 and is getting better signal than me, SMH. I got phone number 3 the other day and so far so good. A great phone when it works correctly.

As a novice, I really appreciate that Samsung has classes for beginners, as well as more advanced classes available right in Best Buy. I have already been able to navigate a difficult route to an unfamiliar location, send photos to a relative, and I love the shopping list and calader that I always have with me and I can find ingredients for a recipe when I am at the grocery store,
