the design was revolutionary (for a samsung). The feel was amazing, the screen was killer, it wasnt plastic! It felt so much like an iphone that they even took away the sd card slot! This phone was supposed to be such a great phone, but samsung copied apple so much that they ruined a great series of phones. Died after 6 months becase I forgot it out under the sun one day. Fried the insides.

We bought this phone for my significant other after he could not get his iPhone to turn off the find my phone option. I will be switching to the Samsung as well as soon as my time is up.

Bought this for my mother-in-law, who's 97 years old. Good sound, pictures and easier for her to use.

Bought this as an upgrade to her iPhone 4S and she loves it. She had no problem going from the iPhone to the Galaxy. She loves it and says it is easy to navigate and loves the features.

It's another galaxy & it's great! Miss the expandable memory option like it had back in the S4.... seems like it's now going in the iphone direction but Still love everything about it.

Newest galaxy out there. I don't know if I'd spend the money if your already using S5, but would definitely buy if u need a new phone. Easy to use excellent upgrades over past versions.

This smartphone is absolutely wonderful. Voice command is accurate. Features are up to date. We especially like the fingerprint password. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

normally I buy a phone to do one thing that is be a phone. However this smartphone is definitely smarter than I am. There are so many applications that apply to me. One of the best things is the S fitness app. Thank You Samsung for being smarter than I am

we now get all our phones at Best Buy- very knowledgeable staff, very fast, they are especially knowledgeable on things to know about your phone to increase efficiency, shortcuts, etc.

My daughter is the only one who opted for not getting the edge...I broke the screen on my edge and its $400 to fix! this one, if you do end up smashing it is a lot cheaper to replace!

This phone is easy to navigate and fun to use. Just wish the battery charge lasted longer.

I have always used the Epic. My last model was the S3. The screen resolution is to die for. The interface is really user friendly. This has lots of added features compared to the last one. However, some of the changes make it more difficult to use. The autocorrect doesn't seem as smart--not suggesting words with similar swype patterns, but only different variations of the same word. Also, the dictation doesn't appear as sensitive and smart. These things are hugely IRRITATING--particularly because these features led me to stay with the Epic. I also don't like the way programs are clumped together now by genre (e.g., all the Google features in one icon). I'm having a hard time navigating as fluidly.

Went into BestBuy to get a galaxy s5 because that's what I had but it had a broken screen but they told me to check out this phone I checked it out, loved it and got an awesome deal

customer service was super duper helpful in showing me how to use the phone. I went from iphone to Samsung. phone is great. I want to be a best buy program member if I am not already.

Decided to go with another Samsung. I am happy with it except for the installed; default visual voicemail. I haven't figured out away to un install it. And if used, you pay a fee!

Probably too much phone for a 13 year old boy but he's in love with it. He needed a new phone and this one didn't cost us much more than the other phones. No problems at all with it.

I am very much enjoying this phone. It's easy to use. Best Buy Associate was wonderful to work with and showed me how to use. She took her time in answering the few questions I had.
