All that I expected in product. Store personnel knowledge lacking and initiation process painful, over two hours.

I was worried about not having an external SD card but no need to worry! This phone is fast and has plenty of memory.

Although the process of upgrading my old phone which was broken to this new S6 was a hassle (and still is), the phone itself is great. Recommend it to anyone.

My last phone was not a smart phone and I wanted to update my phone and my wife loved her Samsung Galaxy 3 phone.

I have always been a fan of Samsung. The galaxy and note series phones are wonderful. My only complaint with the S6 is that they eliminated the ability to pull the back cover and add a micro SD card for increased capacity.

I have been an android user for many many years and am ALWAYS very pleased with the phones Samsung has produced. Especially love the cordless charging options.

Bought this phone for my daughter cuz she wanted it, lol I talked her out of the Galaxy S6 Edge because I had heard they have issues with apps opening when you gripped the phone and touched the edges of the screen. Phone is ok but feels cheap because of all the plastics it's constructed from. Much easier to find and buy cases for than the Galaxy S6 Edge also. Some lagging issues but much better than older Galaxy phones of the past. I prefer Motorola or HTC to the Samsung Galaxy series phones.

Great phone, great price! The salesperson set up the phone for me plus transferred all photos and contacts. Other stores wont do that, great service. TY.

I would not trade in for another I love much better than the IPHONE and I liked Iphone. It's got everything I find myself on it more than my Kindle sometimes.

Very attractive, fits well & seems to protect fairly well (have already dropped it a few times)...only downside is BE CAREFUL putting on/taking off since it cracks easily & not a lot of flexibility with the plastic.

Honestly i got this phone as a gift for my mothers bday, and she likes it so far, i havent heard a complaint yet

Have been extremely happy with all Samsung products. This will be my 2nd phone with Samsung & the 6th one I have bought within our family. Extremely pleased.

Great phone, use it for virtually everything. Phone has way more capabilities than I thought. Would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of buying one.

This is a terrific phone! And I took the class for this phone at Best Buy. The gentleman who taught the class was excellent, very knowledgeable and patient!

Reviewed this phone and even watched drop tests on-line. It was advertised as having the latest technology including the latest gorilla glass and how it could withstand almost anything. Just one week after purchasing it for my son he had the phone on his desk and dropped a book on it. Not only did the gorilla glass shatter but the display also quit working. The phone is not as advertised. It is in fact quite fragile. I contacted Samsung about it and they basically said they could do nothing. I contacted Corning, the manufacturer for the Gorilla glass and they did not respond. I had to replace the phone through the Geek Squad protection plan and they sent me a used replacement phone that had previously been reported stolen and could not be activated. It took three weeks to finally get a replacement. Not happy with the phone and not happy with the service.

I like all the features about this phone except one. Previous models allowed you to put a micro SD card in and I cannot do that anymore. Otherwise, it's great.

Had a great first time experience purchasing my new Samsung Galaxy S6 from Best Buy recently. I love the phone and the sales rep was incredibly efficient.

Ive upgraded to the samsung galaxy series everytime they come out with new phones and i am never dissapointed.

I purchased this phone after reading it was the Number 1 phone out the end of 2015. I have liked my phone, but knowing that the s7 is coming out, I would have rather waited. The phone is decent, but not amazing.

I like the overall phone, although when on powersaver mode it loses connection to the gps signal frequently. If you don't lock it in your pocket, it will do random things. Otherwise, it is beautiful and easy to use.
