Good camera features but had to change phone before14 days, the first ove was overheating quickly even if not in use. Second phone no issues.

I haven't had my phone long and really don't know how to check out all it's cool features. It does what I need basically and that's all I care about.

Very user friendly, only down fall is no available space for sd card.

Got for my mom and she likes it. Though sometimes it doesn't seem to tell her when she has missed calls.

I purchased the gold Samsung S6 Edge 64 gig from Best Buy last week. I traded in the Samsung Galaxy S3. I absolutely love this phone. It is amazing how much faster this device operates. I say that every time I upgrade a phone :-). I started to have all sorts of issues with my S3. It started rebooting on me in the middle of phone calls. It would just freeze as well. I think some of this may have been caused by the Mobile Iron encryption software that my employer forced us to install if we wanted company email. I don't have it installed on this phone. Pros - The phone is slick looking in gold. Really cool. The picture on the Samsung website looks better than the actual phone but that is the same for a picture of a Burger King Whopper. - The GUI is so much better. I liked the S3 and I am impressed that things could be improved so much. For instance, I can take a picture when the phone is locked. Thank goodness!!! I really like split screen. That is wonderful. - The phone charges really fast with the Adaptive Fast Charger it comes with. -The functionality of the Edge Clock is great. I set the clock to show up on the edge of the phone at night. - The camera and video are so much better than my S3. - I had major issues with using data while on a call. The folks at Best Buy told me Verizon no longer offered mobile data while on the phone. They said I would need to switch to Sprint or T-Mobile. That sounded lame so I called Verizon. They explained to me that I had to go into settings and turn on advanced calling. Once I did that I was able to check email and use the internet while on a phone call. This was a deal breaker for me if that feature was truly gone. - It is working well with the Samsung Gear Fit. I have not had any issues with that. - The fingerprint lock works well. I haven't used one on a phone before. - The Edge People option is neat especially when the phone is on silent. At first I didn't think there were enough color options but anymore than that and I would remember which color belonged to who. - The Help Videos on the phone are really helpful. Cons - I read today that Samsung is going to cut prices for the phone. So I probably paid too much - I have been having a hard time getting the type of case I want because the phone is so new. - It does not have a memory expansion slot. I had to copy the data I had on the card to some place else. But, that is not the end of the world.

Don't work in Brazil the 4G and the menu in portuhuese

Coming from a Blackberry Z30, I found that I could not get use to the Android Samsung, and that the battery life was about one third of the Z30. Maybe good for other folks, but not for me.

I have been loyal to Samsung for some time now. This is the worst experience I have had with any of their products. I have a very expensive paper weight for two years. I have to either have a screen protector on my phone and pound each key in hopes that what I want presses is in fact pressed or take the screen protector off, have the ability to use my phone and hope I don't crack the screen. I contacted Samsung and was told that there is nothing they can do to improve the sensitivity of the screen on this phone. A little hard to believe coming from Samsung in this modern age of technology.

My new Samsung S6 is a great phone. Previously I had a Samsung S4. The S6 is so much more sophisticated and far superior. The video is phenomenal.

Battery and screen response is very poor. Had better with a 2 year old galaxy note3.

Not that much different than my old Samsung Galaxy 4 but I'm happy with that because I don't like having to get used to a new phone.

Phone stopped working for no reason in less than a month. Verizon is sending a replacement within 5 business days

Good phone. There are lots of apps. Lots to learn before I become comfortable. Should take advantage of the free classes.

The customer service of the mobile store was the worst. .kept getting told to go between verizon and Best Buy. By the time I got help missed the 14 day window and now a little over 30 days have a certified used phone..I also wasted quite a bit of time fuel and everything during this time period...when I called Samsung it was even worse...I have upgraded through Best Buy almost every time now will never again..

At this point not the newest phone, but I've had very good luck with it so far. No real complaints!

It kept freezing up. I returned this phone after just one week and I went back to the I phone.

Great product very reliable. Meets more than my expectation
