I always deal with the same sales associate when I go in he will stand with me no matter how long it takes and tell me everything I want to know about the item.

My New Phone

I admit it was begrudgingly at first - but what a difference!! My Galaxy 4 software - but faster and with more room and better video.. Best move I could have made.

If you like joining the herd of sheeple, buy the latest Iphone (and the next, and the next). I used a Galaxy S3 until it simply couldn't keep up with what I was demanding of it, and I STILL feel bad about replacing it! Samsung makes a quality product, and stands behind it.
