I like all new features and swift /fast screen response but the main function is still calling. During call suddenly other person cannot hear me , this is happening way too many times . I need to get the device checked.

Original set my thumb print to open phone. But this doesn't work now, and have to enter backup password. Also, once I have done this, I have to re-enter the password if the phone is idle for a period of time.

I had a Galaxy 3 that only lasted a couple of years but was a lot easier to use than the Galaxy S6. The Galaxy S6 is expensive and the improvements they made seem to have created extra steps for the consumer.

This phone is pretty good. I got it for my teenage daughter and she likes it. It is fast, reliable, and an improvement from LG G2 which she had before

Purchased this phone when it first came out. Had great luck with it since purchase. Like Samsung so much I traded it for the new S7 Edge!

I've had my phone a couple months now. So far so good. However, that battery does not hold charge to long and the charging cord provided gets really hot.

Samsung makes a good product. Improvements with the software have been made to make this phone better than my last which was a S4. This purchase was due to a failing phone.

My S4 finally died after many years of service. I like the S6. Great apps and easy to use and have fun with.

The two bottom buttons just lost the ability to perform. Must have found a lemon. We've barely had it a month.

Old phone no longer chargeable. Upgraded - very please with all the newest features.

I was told the camera was better than Iphone but I do not agree! I am really disappointed with this phone. It is hard to hear & navigate too!

upgraded from the S4, so this is a huge improvement! I will always get galaxies going forward.

This phone has very poor reception when indoors. Have to go outdoors to get a clear reception.

This appears to be the best Galaxy offered to date. Easy to use screen size.

Not a bad good phone. it does well with short calls but if you have important phone calls.....this phone kept dropping the calls.

I upgraded my phone to the Samsung Galaxy s6. I had to get a new one within 10 days because it was defective. Now not even 2 months after I got the new one the phone kept chirping for no reason. Went to ATT- service and they said it's defective. Called ATT technical support- the lady said it's a lemon. Samsung support said take it in to be flashed or get a new one!!! Not happy! My note 3 was the best!

I was a iPhone user for 5 years. The salesperson was inexperienced. I took the phone back after one week, I even went to a class offered at Bestbuy and was still not happy with the product. An experienced salesperson said that he would never had sold me the android because I had been using the iPhone for so long and the transition was a little difficult. Well I got the iPhone 6 and I am happy happy happy.
