However, concerns exist regarding battery life, and the lack of expandable memory is a frequently cited drawback. I purchased the Samsung S6to upgrade my older S4. To date I've had nothing but problems with the phone. It freezes often or locks up. I havent had the opportunity to have Samsung do a diagnosis on it as yet because I've been out of town but plan on stopping by today.

Good phone. Lots for things I don't need. Doest crash yet. I bought this thinking because. It us a Samsung and a Galaxy it would have better hands free functions but they are practically non-existent. I miss my Moto X.

I am very unhappy with the phone quality. Around the third month phone started missing calls and freezing. Reset phone twice, but it got worse. The phone started shutting off.

Upgraded for storage and battery. I'm lucky if my phone lasts a whole day and I turn my wifi and data off. Customet service was not great and this Att next program is horrible. Financing a phone is ridiculous. This will probably be last time i go througj Best Buy for phones.

The S6 has some nice features compared to my S4. The screen is amazing and even the little things like the location of buttons is an improvement. They put the AUX port on the bottom, so we'll see how that works. Otherwise I am impressed with the speed, ease of set up and the overall feel of the phone. The platinum gold is a nice change too.

Best buy sold me a bad piece. The Samsung S6 I bought gives very poor battery performance. When I checked with best buy they sent me to Samsung and Samsung says it is out of warranty which was wrong. Samsung gives one year warranty and I am still in that period.

I've been a long time buyer of Samsung products but this one has possibly killed it for me. The lack of expandable storage, a replaceable battery, and MHL (HDMI) output makes it useless as in many of the ways I have used it before. I am actually thinking about switching to LG or HTC or someone else. I also bought the Gear VR and although it seems nice, it eats up all the memory for any of the apps and I was told by tech support that there is no way to store them off the phone to access over wifi or anything. To add salt to the wound I see the S7 at least has expandable memory but after dropping $500 on a phone less then 4 months ago I cannot afford it as the trade in value is only half that. In my opinion this is an Apple clone and the lack of removable battery and storage is why I have never bought another Apple product after the first Ipod Touch. My carrier only offered the 32GB so I did not have a choice. That did seem like enough but there are so many apps preinstalled that I cannot remove that there was not much room left. Even a sample Gear VR video takes up almost 1 GB. I even bought the Allshare cast dongle to connect to my car stereo but it turns out you cannot control the phone over WiFi unless rooted which Samsung has locked down on this phone. Furthermore with the wifi dongle, the screen stays on which drains the battery as it is screen mirroring instead of output. Also, I cannot restore my app backups from my previous phone. I was happier with my S4 which the usb port quit working on, but it has been used a lot so it's just wear and tear (btw, I went through 4 batteries in it over 2 years, so where does that leave me now without being able to replace it?) I may end up buying a used S5 since I see my carrier doesn't sell them anymore and keeping this as just a VR toy which was not in my budget. I also refuse to do the software updates in the hopes that it will someday be rootable, but of course it downloaded it anyway and won't allow me to delete it. Instead it annoys me with a notification I can't hide that my update is ready and takes up 700mb of precious space. Too bad my new Galaxy Camera 2 isn't a phone, I'd probably happier with that as well...... So nice phone if all you want is a phone, but not for someone that asks more of a flagship phone, such as being able to control it with a Pioneer in dash entertainment system for more safety on the road, which my S4 did flawless until it died. I feel if I want to root and void my warranty that is my choice and I would do so for car safety.

It's an amazing phone in terms of it's display and speed.. But I wish they kept the microSD slot and removable battery option.. Without this... it's just another iphone failure :/
