Can't even describe how impressed I am with this phone. The camera is great, the phone is super fast, and the new sealed body feels very premium.

    Skip the S6

I got my first S6 just as they came out because I broke my S3 and for the first time had to buy a phone (always did the free phone with 2 year contract before) so I wanted the newest one. I had many problems/glitches from the beginning but the biggest one was that it will not stay Bluetooth connected to my car. So I took it back and exchanged it for a different one. This one still will not stay Bluetooth connected, Also the battery will not last past 3p on a full charge if I am using it at all (I'm not a heavy user by far and I got more battery out of my S3). The text notification works when it feel like it so I am constantly having to check it to see if anyone texted me. It seems like it is one glitch after another and just as they fix one a new one takes its place. The only thing saving it is the camera is awesome, the screen is very sharp/clear and the phone part works with no problems as others have reported. If you only use your phone as a phone it is probably fine, but I would not recommend this phone.

I have had iphones till this year. I have never been a fan of I tunes it has always been a laborious pain for me. I love my Samsung tv, blue ray & tablet and had heard great reports about the pics from the Samsung phones so decided this time I would switch. I am so glad I did. The phone is great, easy to use, very nice screen, great pics..and oh the battery life compared to my Iphone, LOVE it.

Not as good as it's hyped up to be

I thought the Samsung S6 was going to be the bee’s knees. I’m sad to say I’m disappointed. I switched over from an iPhone 5s and some features the android operating system offers will keep me on their side versus apple. However, it will not be as a Samsung S6 user. Pros The phone is better than apple and great because it’s compatible with a lot of stuff. Another bonus to having the Samsung S6 is that I can purchase any app free of charge. Additionally, the fact that I can customize the Samsung S6's display and just about all other settings is also a plus. Cons First I can’t get past the battery, it’s awful. The battery life on the Samsung S6 lasts maybe eight hours with constant use starting with a full battery. Also, the fast charge option and new chargers suck; they break easily and only fast charge 25% of the time. Another complaint I have is the camera. When you take a selfie the camera mirror flips you in the picture. Which causes you to look different than what you originally looked like. The camera also shuts down on a somewhat low battery automatically. My last complaint I will mention is that you can’t get a memory chip for this phone as there isn’t a place to put it. (clk)

    Overall A great Phone

This is a great phone. I have owned many Samsung phones and they have always been good phones. Only negatives I see with the phone is that they have abandoned the memory card slot so you cannot use memory cards to gain additional storage for photos and what not. Also, the phone has a glass back as well and is pretty fragile, so I would highly recommend a good case for protection. The functionality and features of the phone are amazing however. I have the black Sapphire one and it actually looks like a cool deep blue color and not black, which I like.

Coming from HTC for the past several years, I decided to give Samsung a try and while I'm satisfied with the fast charging, slick look, Android OS, the batter life could be a bit better.....Overall, I'm happy!

Amazing phone. great design . But would have given 5 stars if it was Snapdragon and UI was better. Exynos gets heated up quickly. Might get htc if i get trouble for 15 days. Over all good product.

Updated from galaxy s5 to s6. Love the premium looks. Very fast and responsive. However I feel like it discharges fast compared to galaxy 5. Awesome display and photo quality.

I love my galaxy s 6! It is by far the best phone I've ever had up to this point in my life. The camera is incredible. I am very interested in photography and I love it more and more every day. I bought it just after Christmas and if I would of known about the 7 coming out I probably would have just waited. However all in all great phone also have a pair of the oculus to go along with it and I couldn't be happier!

    Samsung : Poor service

No doubt this is good phone. Somehow my phone started giving me issues - lagging as well battery problem. I visited best by 3 times to get it fix. But no resolution from best buy. I have extended warranty, which costs 150$ for phone replacement. Another option - contact samsung. Samsung representative as you to perform different tests on different day (wasted several hours to find solution). I did perform factory reset as per their suggestion, still unsolved issue. They do not have service centers in area like Massachusetts. I strongly believe go with iPhone as you get awesome service as compare to samsung. Cost wise iphone and samsung are almost same. Perhaps look like apple provides great service to their consumers. Probability of getting issue is less with samsung or iphone, perhaps if you got hardware problem samsung provide worst consumer service.

had this phone since the first day it came out; reception is horrible, been told by many that they were trying to reach me but I have no missed calls; now the phone is totally non-responsive, can't turn on or off, screen has went black, it's like the phone just shut down (alarms that were set did not go off) after charging & using just 4 hours before; wish I would have never up graded from my S5

This is my second Galaxy phone (had the S3 before this). I only wish Samsung kept the memory card slot. It looks like they brought it back for the S7, maybe a lot of customers were complaining. Will now have to wait for my upgrade to get the S7.

    Defective Product, Bad Service

I purchased the Galaxy S6 in November 2015. I have now received the device back from Samsung warranty repair twice and it still will not connect to the mobile network. Their customer service is terrible and the warranty is worthless. After the device was returned still broken yet again and with them insisting that it's fine, I demanded a replacement or refund. Their response was basically that I could go pound sand. I been a loyal customer for the past decade and have had seven Samsung phones over that time. Never again. They have lost me for good. Beware.
