In the picture the Platinum Gold color kind of looks silver-ish, but its definitely a gold and not a silver. I ended up buying a second one in white for my fiance.

But the phone is sleek, very clear and love the selfie feature where you just have to touch the heart sensor to work the camera.

It seems the email was sent out a day early!! Went back Friday only to be told it wasnt there then either!!! Rcvd another email & went back Saturday, I was there almost 2 hours, they had problems processing my order. They had to cancel & I literally had to pay with my credit card for my phone again!!!!!! This was unacceptable & I will not be using BestBuy.com again. I'm sure there are notes in my account, as the customer service reps in the store were on the phone with the corporate office!!!
