My husband and I purchased the Samsung galaxy S6 active because we needed to upgrade. We were at first thinking of getting the galaxy 5 but there was a deal on these. Did not think I would like it because there is no expandable storage and no other colors to choose from. We have had them for about 2 months and love them. Everything we need and use is at our fingertips!

I like the durability of this phone. I've dropped it and no cracked screen!

My LG g2 never dropped calls this phone has it locks up momentarily at times Bluetooth headset is average miss my LG g2

I am a new ATT customer. I lIve in a rural area, and choose ATT because of their coverage and the recommendation of Best Buy Associates. I have had 3 of the Galaxy S6 active since purchase date (~6weeks). It is one problems after another....1st was the speaker on the phone is inadequate. It was hard for my party to hear me and for me to hear them. It would break up and make noises that Im convienced came from aliens! 2nd, if I turned off the DATA , it compromised my ability to call or text! I would not get calls or texts till I was connected to WiFi. Now 3rd, the phone will automatically go on MUTE ....atleast every 20/30mins I have check it to make sure Ive not missed calls/texts (work). I would not recommend this phone to any...it seems to have buggs that creep up every couple of weeks. ITS COST DOES NOT EQUAL ITS QUALITY!!! S. McCall

My first smartphone. It does everything well - internet, phone, text, camera, GPS. Easy to use and learn. No problems. I bought it because the reviews were very good. Wonder whether I could have gotten the same quality and functions for less money in another brand.

I got this for the Samsung rebates only to find out it was not eligible for them

I started having trouble with this phone on the 15th day. One day too late to get a new one. I've had nothing but trouble every sense. It fails to send group text messages. One night a friend called me and sent a text. The text came through twelve hours later. It has randomly disconnected from my Bluetooth. I took it to the Edwardsville location to complain about it. The sales rep was very nice. He updated it for me which did help marginally. It stopped connecting me to a country station on Pandora. I still have WAY too much trouble with a NEW phone!! It acts like a phone after two years of use. The two years of the deal can't come fast enough. NO WAY I would recommend this phone to anyone. I have told anyone that will listen to stay away from this God forsaken phone!! I loved my two previous Galaxy phones by the way.

It a good phone for my husbands first smart phone he says it's great.easy to learn and use it at work.looks up anything he needs to and takes lots off pictures of the kids and sends them .

I love everything about this phone except that you cannot remove the battery. I havent beaten it up or dropped it yet, but so far so good.

Still getting use to all available features, but like everything I have been able to use. Really a great phone for me so far.

Switched from iphone to Samsung and pleased with my decision. Easy to use from downloading apps to backing up pictures. Setup and transfer from old phone was smooth.

I was looking for a new phone and did not need latest model or technology. Best Buy associate showed me numerous models and brands and the Samsung 6 was what I was looking for and has proven to be the right choice.

I bought the phone new on Black Friday, my son opened it on Christmas Day. It worked great for a week then started powering off on its own with the battery fully charged. Factory reset the phone and it powered off again during set up. The device wil also not stay connected to wifi. Since it is outside the buyers remorse period, I had to do a warranty claim to get a refurbished device to replace a phone that was only used for a week. I have had Samsung devices in the past and have had problems with all of them. I've had 2 iPhones and never had any issues. Done with Samsung after this one.
