This equipment was used and unfortunately I didn't make this discovery until after the warranty had expired.

Problems with hearing , drop calls talk and randomly daily numbers without Warren

I love the camera. What I don't like is when I'm talking my ear always hits the hold button and puts everyone on hold,its in an awful spot.

phone was awesome but screencard which you wear was not good.

This phone is amazing. The iphone can't even come close to it. It is just beautiful to look at. I just had the Note 4 which is great but this is even nicer and sleeker.Doesn't have the S pen but I never used it much anyway.The camera is just superb..beautiful pictures. I like the new wireless charger. The Edge on both sides is awesome.Definitely gonna need a case for it as it has a glass back. Get a clear one so you don't hide the beauty of it. Go Samsung ! Another winner !

Phone battery runs out quickly. Very disappointing.

Phone works fine a lot of little changes nothing too big the side view is different and still getting used to what the phone is capable of, energy drain is still the same as before, but the charger works in half the time making the phone better

This phone had failed calls to begin with but right after updating it a few days later it worked like a charm. I received calls that usually didn't come through in certain areas.

I've always used android. I love the curved edges ang the side bar so I can read things especially at night.

Phones work fine, still getting too know the phone and what it can do. Also would have liked to have more options for cases and screens that came with phones

Very good phone and got a great deal switching to AT&T. Like that BB has an instructor on phone.

I purchased this phone less than a month ago and it is already useless. Even though it is showing 4G and good service the phone will drop my calls, my texts will not send, and it will not update facebook and google will not work right. I think it is some kind of connecting issue with the phone. I did not purchase the insurance and I am regreting it. So if you buy this phone make sure to buy the insurance as well.

Great phone. Great price for those who don't want monthly payments.

I can use the phone for many office job. I gave it a 4 because it gets over heated from time to time.

Bestbuy has one of the worst customer service. I was in the store for 3 f'ing hours to buy the phone and finally walked out with the phone at dinner time. I was hungry and thirsty. Their internet and computer system didn't work; the rewards ($250 gift card) they promised to email me; hasn't been received yet. I will return the phone if they don't give me my rewards soon.

I'm glad I bought this phone it is a lot better the my old S4
