AT&T can't fix it or Samsung. It's locked out and no one can fix it. Waited over a week now. I still have 23 months to pay for it, and can't use the phone. Only had the phone 3 week when this happened. Can't get a replacement phone or help. Best buy tells me they can't do a thing

I worked for AT &T for a number of years and have had every phone. This is great phone for keeping it in your hand . I bet it has an above 25% cracked screen rate. Dropped it from <5 inches with 1 of 3 available cases and it cracked.on the EDGE.

I have always been a Samsung note user. This being the first non-note phone since it came out. I love the phone it is smooth and responsive no lagging at all. The camera is a step up from the note 4. I didn't think I would really care for the edge screen, but it does come in handy. Overall the phone is very good and it catches everyone's eye being so thin!

I'm trying to find out why I don't get reward point for purchasing a phone at best buy?

Once familiar with the phone, and all things set up, I found it easy to learn and move from one place/app/contacts, etc. to another

Problem sometimes with wif-fi connectivity, battery drain life anything .. 3000 mAH of no use but hardly works for 12 hours need to charge twice a day..

I watched the unpacking event from Samsung and knew the the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus had to be mine. I chose to buy it from Best Buy because of the free wireless charger. I am glad I chose Best Buy not only because of the charger but of the great customer service I got as well from the folks at Best Buy Mobile. This phone is a looker as you can see from the picture, but you cant get the full beauty of it till you hold it in your hand. It is hard to stop looking at it. Not only the design of the screen and body of the phone, but the screen itself is so bright and full of vibrant color that this is a full on tour de force of eye candy. The camera takes crisp, clear, high resolution images that come out amazing. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 star from me is the fact that sometimes the texting freezes up on me and I have to wait to see my letters in the text field (and I aint that fast of a texter) as well as my Pandora seems to crash when I am working out and my previous LG rarely if ever did that. Not sure if it is my specific phone or if others are experiencing the same issues. These are very minor problems and the look and feel more than make up for the issues. There are pros and cons to every phone on the market and this phone is no different.

Its a great improvement in the galaxy series. Camera - the best i have seen and captures great moments. Form factor- its very sleek and easy to hold. Screen - its just stellar. Charging - Fast charging makes this much convenient to charge quickly before leaving home. Edge Screen - much easy to see notification without unlocking the device.

Trading my Samsung Galaxy S4 in for the S6 Edge+ was a great decision. This phone is faster, better at multi-tasking than any phone on the market. I find myself doing several things at once on this phone and not one hesitation. If you are considering this purchase. Do it! Just know like anything made these days, to keep costs low vendors will use less materials so we aren't paying 5 thousand for a phone. Point being, spend a little extra money and get a nice case for it. You drop it without protection its kind of your own fault not Samsung. Great Phone!!

As always, Samsung makes really great products and this is a solid buy. I've owned this for about a year now and is still going strong with no problems. Super fast and solid!

I went in needing a new phone and got a great new phone. Knowledgeable assist by my salesperson. My S6 edge plus is everything I was looking for. Love the quick charge.

All around nice phone, not as many options on the phone as I thought there would be.

I like the edge style and its very light weight. Cool thing it is not that easily broken

Phone cannot withstand a fall of under 1 foot without cracking with 5 days of purchase.
