Still learning the phone must have phone so far thanks Samsung

Not happy with this purchase. The phone seemed great until the speaker quit working in less than a month, but just after 14 days and no one could hear me when I called them or tried to answer my phone. My phone was never dropped, never wet, no maltreatment at all. So, long story short Best Buy sent me to Verizon, and yes they helped by sending me a refurbished phone :( not cool because I bought a new one that failed me, and wanted a new phone. Not to mention I basically threw a lot of money away to now have a refurbished phone. I also called Samsung to complain and they told me because the recorder in the phone worked it wasn't a problem with their phone, "it must be a Verizon Network issue". Well, guess what Samsung the refurbished phone works for the moment so it must have been your phone...basically no one wanted to assume responsibility for a failed product. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

Samsung has done it again. Another good phone. Do not know why I even used an iPhone previously. I do not use the edge portion very much. Good size phone.

Wanted an updated phone. Saw this on Best Buys website. After researching, purchased this phone. Very easy to learn to use, fast charging, easy to read.

15 year old loves phone and the look of it. Classy!

This is my first smart phone, It's taking me some time to get used to it, but I'm getting the hang of it. It is really awesome the way you tell Google to send a text and "poof," it's sent. Really amazing.

This samsung phone is really great. It looks the best out of all the phones out there. No other phone can beat its screen quality/resolution.

A nice phone with real good battery life. The only downfall in because of the edge screen cases don't really protect much. The edge screen is fairly usless to me but maybe it works well for others.
