His original phone just shut down one day...so he exchanged it for a white one. #1 the phone doesnt ring half the time,he'll miss texts, and phone calls, now they won't exchange it. We took it in and spoke to a girl, and she looked straight at us and said, there is no way in h*** she would have sold a hardworking man, that uses his hands for his work, a dainty little girl phone. We are not satisfied with these phones at all

This is a good phone but in order to get the frills and thrills of the edge you need the edge plus and that is just too big.

I ended up trading in this phone for the gold version. A few days after I got it I started getting messages saying there was unauthorized access to my phone and recommended restarting the phone. I was told that there was no immediate fix, so I started doing research and found online that the gold version didn't seem to have those issues. I switched and no more problems! Go with the gold version!!

It is a good phone at a decent size profile. Looks good and works fine.

This review is not about the phone. The phone is good. However, the service from Best Buy was just so bad. Employee was not trained well to activate my phone, so I had to visit 3 times to make it work. My advice is to choose the good Best Buy location that trains employee well. I would give one star if it wasn't the phone. Galaxy S6 Edge works great as advertised.

Very small screen didn't like. Prefer the note 4 bigger screen better processor faster phone. Returned

Had to return it. Just couldn't make the switch from my iPhone. It's a nice phone but couldn't do it.

It really isn't worth the extra money for the edge features. I should have just purchased the S6.

Had my phone for about a month and it worked great until I dropped it on the table. I was holding it in my hand and dropped less then a foot and it landed on the edge where the screen is vulnerable and it cracked. Now I'm unable to use the features I want because it is cracked on the "edge" which was the whole appeal of the phone.

Best Buy promised to transfer ALL my info from old phone to new and completely screwed up. The used all my data and it took days to get it right. Probably will not go back to Best Buy again.

I always loved Android phone and mostly used HTC or Nexus until I bought this. I never was interested in Samsung devices for some reason and this is my first Samsung device.. I am simply loving this phone, its features and its interface.. Great phone..
