I bought this phone a few weeks ago. I came from the Note 2 which was over its 2yr renewal date. I wanted to get this new phone because I thought it would be a great upgrade. Well.. I wish I would have stuck with my Note 2. There really isn't any big upgrade here. The battery is gone is less than a day of normal use.. I work all day so I am not on it. Its constantly back on the charger. The screen requires multiple touches before it actually does anything. The screen does have more resolution but for $32/mo for two years its not worth it. If you are thinking about upgrading.. make sure you really need it. For the changes I got.. its not worth it. I left this review on the Verizon website and they deleted it. They want to sell phones. I think I deserve an opinion.

I love this phone! I bought one for myself and my wife. We have had zero complaints or issues with it.

I don't regret purchasing this phone at all. I wasn't sure about the edge screen, but so far no problems. I like the bigger size and the gold color is awesome!

Love the ease of unlocking the phone with the fingers and is easy to use and work for a beginner

From the first day I've had problems receiving calls with this phone. I took it back to Best Buy for a software update and the problem still exists. When searching the forums one suggestion was to make sure WIFI is off while the phone is idle. That doesn't work either. Missed calls don't show up in recent calls either. Done with this one!

I am on my second one and now its doing the same thing drops calls and no one can hear me on the other end of the call. This is a known problem with this phone, look it up if you don't believe me. I have spent 5 hours now and counting trying to get this fixed. Samsung says its Verizon and Verizon says its Samsung. The people at Best Buy are fantastic and unfortunately they are stuck in the middle. They even were on the phone with Verizon and myself looking for a solution. Bottom line the phone is terrible. Do not waste your money.

Pretty great phone. The only drawback is that the battery goes low pretty quick compared to my iPhone 5S

This case is easy to install, looks great and has good grip properties. Definitely worth the purchase.

I need this thing rooted. $800 and it doesn't even do what i want it to do. My 1st samsung phone and i might return it.

I bought this phone at best buy through the edge program for Verizon. Two weeks after I purchased this phone( keep in mind I will be paying full price for this phone), everything on the phone went haywire. The charger port stopped working and the phone system itself malfunctioned completely. Apps kept opening on their own, and the alert for the phone not charging continuously kept going off with or without it being on the charger. I have received a replacement phone through verizon, but I am paying 100% full price for a refurbished phone. I'm very, very angry about this. $850 for a refurbished phone????!!!!!
