Got this during a great sale for $50 after having a Galaxy S4 for 2 years. This phone is a huge upgrade. I think Android is the way to go especially with Samsung Pay. Only negative thing with the phone is that the touchscreen is not as responsive as past models.

The lack of expandable memory and removable battery doesn't change the smoothness of the edge screen and crispness of the picture. It has been a while since I last upgraded my phone (I went from S3 to S6...) so it's a big improvement for me and I love it!

This phone was an upgrade with the features I required.

I purchased this phone one month ago. Previously I had a Samsung S4, over two years....no issues. After three weeks with the Galaxy S6 Edge, I cannot charge my battery. There is an error message saying that battery temperature is too low. After calling Samsung directly, rebooting my phone completely, they told me to send it in for repair. THEY DID NOT REPAIR MY PHONE. Apparently the issue is due to water damage. I DID NOT GET THE PHONE WET. Only potential way could be maybe from humidity, so if you live in a humid area, or enter in humid areas, YOUR PHONE MAY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM and SAMSUNG WILL NOT REPAIR IT. Also, just to mention, the customer service representatives are very clever in that once you complain, after they send you straight to a "Manager" whose job it is to tell you.....tough luck. I told them I will be explaining to the public what happened to me, again I DID NOTHING TO MISUSE MY PHONE. Had a Samsung previously for over two years, no issues. THIS PHONE HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND EVERYONE SHOULD BE WARNED OF THIS ISSUE. Consider a different brand instead of this one. Or risk having the same issue

this phone has many great features, you will need a case and screen protector.

Love the phone, but i hate that Android allows malwares to download on your phone. So everytime you unlock your phone it takes you to the browser and opens up different websites. Also takes me to the app store. I factory reset the phone after i got it and it ended up coming back. Its very annoying. But the phone itself is great.

I shopped around, did some research, and learned that Best Buy had everything I had shopped around for under one roof, but better quality phones than some locations sold and Best Buy sales people were more knowledgeable and able to explain various plans more clearly (not to mention the Free Gift Card!)

very stable, pictures are sharp, voice quality sharp

many great features, but battery wears out quickly and screen is a bit small

I'm still learning but so far I really like most of the functions on this phone. One disappointment is the texting keypad. It is hard to hit the right key and sometimes seems to plug I a word I did not type. Also inductive charging needs work. It is hard to get the phone positioned and any cover on the phone weakens the connection. About the best I seem to be able to Achieve is 90%.
