    The customer service at Best Buy is horrendous. If my 900$ phone breaks due to a software issue, it should be replaced immediatly. I shouldn't have to be without a phone for a week while I wait for a replacement. The supervisors were useless. The technicians tried to help the best they could. I will not longer make any purchases at this store. BEST BUY should learn the term service recovery.

    Absolutely love the build quality of the device. I switched from a Note 4 and I thought I was going to miss the optional SD card (had a 128GB) but the more I thought about it, the more I realized that I can store all that in my Google Drive or the included Microsoft OneDrive free one year subscription to 100GB. Holds all my music and works extremely well. Very happy with my purchase.

    I broke my S6 and didnt have any insurance on the phone, i lucked out and had a upgrade and was able to get the s6 edge plus since they where out of the reg s6 edge. I was a liitle upset over not being able to get the S6 edge but when i turned on the s6 edge plus i was very pleased. Great speed pics and sound
