Im so glad i took the switch. I had a galaxy S4 and hated it. The battery became swollen within 9 months and i just didnt want to deal with it anymore. I was sceptic of this phone mostly because of the edge. I purchased an LG and Apple phone before i got it. Glad i did cause its perfect for me. I havent had any issues since

-Phone is WAY over rated! -Purchased mine on 8/19/15 at store # 2979 -Already had sprint plan just needed a simple phone replacement . Salesperson asked for primary phone number on the account and security question. Told him that I Did not want to charge the upgrade to the primary number but to another eligible number on my family plan and I gave him the number. When it was over he had done exactly what I told him not to do and charged the wrong number> I asked him to fix it and he told me sorry but its to late and that I needed to contact Sprint to fix. Well I called Sprint to fix and they said sorry but its best buys mess up to fix. Called useless geek squad and they were ZERO help told me that I had to return to store of purchase (which was 4.5 hours away from where I was, meanwhile we found that the insurance plan that he sold me wasn't a good plan like we asked for (did not cover loss or theft like brochure said# geek squad said I needed to go to ANY Best buy store to correct. So I went to store in Hudson Oaks Texas on 22 Aug 15 to fix plan and or return phone. Mobile staff at the store said that they couldn't take back the phone as I had to return it at place of purchase! And they couldn't fix my warranty plan because the new cash registers they have will not allow they to sell the $10..99 plan only the $7.99 plan GO FIGURE! So I said that I wanted to cancel the $7.99 plan and I would contact Sprint and get their TSP $13.00 outstanding plan..She said nope I had to cancel on line not in store..I called sprint to enroll in their plan and was told that I couldn't because I didn't buy the phone thru sprint #beast buy is considered a third party)! So on 24 Sept I email best buy customer service on 26 Aug I received a response from Cynthia, Best Buy Mobile Back Office saying that I could return it to ANY Best Buy Store which I attempted to do on 22 Aug and was told they couldn't do it as it HAD to be store of purchase!!! I have sent her three follow on emails questioning what she said and EVEN quote the best buy web site for cell phone return policy which clearly states that it can be done by mail as well. So far I have been ignored by her and best buy! I they are kicking the can down the road till the 14 day return limit expire sand I am stuck with this! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I love my new phone i got it for an awesome deal! It has a lot of features i think i should read the manual to see what it has to offer. Its fast and you can multi-task

The pictures are so clear. This phone was everything I expected as an upgrade from the S5. The only drawback of the phone is there isn't any expandable memory. The edge functions are awesome.

Although this sleek looking device has all the curves the bugs are overbearing and can make it a real challenge to not just take this phone and want to throw it at the wall. Firstly it has a 3rd party app blocker so if you have some favorite apps from the play store dont plan on getting them again because they either wont work at all or they will work but freeze up, stop responding, ect... you get the point. This really sucks considering most android apps are 3rd party. Secondly wifi don't work, ive tried it at home , work, and at my moms it connects for about 15 seconds then disconnects and says no network please try again this just pis*es me off a smartphone with limited data and no wifi isn't a good thing. 3rd the phone itself is very laggy the keyboard lags behind and causes you to constantly miss spell words which is very annoying and games freeze constantly then just stop responding, theres nothing like moving the winning jewl on candy crush and having the game freeze mid move and having to restart your device 15 times a day rite lol.... so to sum it up this phone is garbage buy at your own risk i dont recommend to anyone until they do several updates and fix all the issues. i owned a galaxy s5 previous to this purchase and loved everything about it.

Solid product overall. Fast camera, only issue I have with it (it's a Sprint issue) is you can't be on the phone and use the internet at the same time!!! This is a huge step backwards because I came from a GS4 where I could do both. Sprint needs to fix their issues ASAP.

It's ok it went dead with end a year and never came back on
