    I purchased this phone for my not-so-tech savy Dad. He has been able to use it just fine. The "easy" home page makes the icons larger and easier to see. He uses the speaker phone to talk and enjoys the hi resolution screen. He has used the phone for a couple years now and hasn't had any issues with the functionality of it.

    Purchased phone, which never worked correctly from day 1. I have taken it to the store more than once to have it looked at. Within my 14 days, I was offered a replacement but since they "fixed" the problem in the store I declined. Then same problem occured 16 days after purchase. The store said they couldn't replace it at that time, but it would be covered because it was a manufacture defect. Now Geek Squad is saying I have to pay a $199.00 service fee to get this fixed. I paid $400.00 for a phone that didn't work, now they want anout $199.00 to fix it!
