The phone gets super hot (almost to hot to hold) at times. Not sure why, 2. I am beginning to experience audio problems when listening to clips that have sound, music etc. The sound "warbles". Will be going back to Best Buy soon to have it checked. There is one other issue the phone tends to be slippery in the hand. Should have a type of gripper on it.

Great phone. Bad information from BBUY

However, Best Buy gave me incorrect information, possibly to get a sale. I was told there was no activation fee (which Sprint charged me for) and quoted me an incorrect monthly charge as well.
