This group had helped my family since it opened. .Brian did a super job with everything I needed, he stayed 2 hours past his time to take care of me .above and beyond, this is why I recommended them to so many of my customers over the years. .Again thanks to the team.

battery life could be much better

My dissatisfaction, stems from the battery life which is very poor. Advertised to last for 23 hours, battery life is MUCH shorter. At 100% charge, in sleep mode, phone woke me within 7 hours demanding to be plugged in for recharging. This is consistent. Samsung support was no help.
