Awesome buying experience. The Samsung rep sold me on the product and the Best Buy reps wrapped it all up. The phone is exactly what I was looking for and has performed as expected. I received a $100 gift card as wel las a $25 BB certificate !

I enjoy all features easy apps and the camera is excellant

Haven't had any issues with my new phone and the only problem I have with it is that I cannot connect it to my tv. The models prior to the S6 you could get a cable converter that you plugged you charger into and you could view it on you tv through an HDMI cable. They made it so you have to have a Samsung TV to do this now with the S6.

Sales Associate, Caitlin, was very knowledgeable and super nice. HOWEVER, when I went back after the 14 days to find out why the charger wasn't working, terrible service. I was told it was not their problem & to contact Samsung. I will never shop Best Buy again.

I like this phone. I'm not a real techie, so I may not be the best person to evaluate all of its features. But, it's a nice upgrade. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars has to do with the sound quality of the phone. When on speaker, the person on the other end can't hear/understand me. Whether on speaker or not, the voice breaks up.

I have not had much time to play with the phone yet, but so far I love it. The only issue I have run into thus far is utilizing the alarm clock. It does not give you the option to choose the time frame between snoozes. I really wish cell phones still came with the manual which would make getting to know the features of the phone easier.

This is a great phone. Awesome build quality. Fit and finish are second to none. I don't need a SD card as 32 GB for me is plenty. I use Google Music for my tunes and Google Drive for my photos. Easy to remember features and amazing photo quality. You will be pleased with this phone by your side.

Bought the phone for my wife. She had the S4, and she thought the transition was very good. Enjoys the additional themes and some of the setting apps are more easily. Default setting of the Camera and Google Search for middle button takes some getting used to

Excellent app platform. Great speed and resolution

First Samsung phone since a flip phone. Alwaus admored saturation. Love ease of font changes. Over 40byearnold user. Could use larver keyboard . Last phone was LG. Visuals display are huge fsctor in our age group. Leans toward one handed use. Size promotes portability and playing games... Still debating choice over Note.

Text messages often buffer or have to be resent even on the most optimul settings. Not happy with the direct connect. It connects even if u dont want it to or turn it off. I dont really see faster speeds. Comes with instant messenger for face book installed which is not cool. I could have stayed with the S4 and still been happy
