Recently upgraded right after my wife did. We are both enjoying the new phones. Had a bit of trouble getting 4G service to show up, but Danny at the local Best Buy worked with Sprint and got it working (when even us directly to Sprint couldn't make it happen.)

Unfortunately, I cannot say too much about this phone. We bought it as a Christmas present for my stepson to replace his Galaxy II. He never had any complaints about the II and he had it for 3-4 years. So, I expect this phone not to give us any problems.

Phone works good. Starts heating up when using it with the VR gear. Not a fan of not being able to add additional memory. Still getting used to not accessing battery.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 had the best camera I have ever had on a phone! The pictures were excellent! The phone was extremely easy to use.

I really like my Samsung Galaxy 6 - I had the 3 and the 4, so I've continued upgrading with the same model. The bummer is my Sprint service is not so great. Other people who have the same phone but different provider are getting a lot more out of the phone with faster speeds!

Got to love it when it can pretty much take care of all your digital needs in today's world. Handsome and beautiful styling and a camera included that would require you to buy a very expensive stand alone camera to surpass it. But that is not why I bought it. I needed a new phone and this one impressed me immensely after a couple of months of shopping around and the price was right on! This phone has met all my expectations and more.

The phone features are pretty cool I don't like the fact that I can't be on the internet and on the phone at the same time I'm not sure if that's a service provider issue or if that's because of my phone but other than that i got no gripes or complaints I love this phone

I have upgraded from a dumb phone (Yes, I was the last holdout) - and now have this phone. So far, it is doing well -- there are a few things that are NOT logical, but there are enough 10 year olds out there to help this old guy with his needs.

Wonderful phone! My new best friend! My favorite feature is the extra volume for the speaker phone! Makes life easier for me. I recommended this phone to my sister....she went out the very next day and bought one for herself and her son! !

We read the reviews before purchasing four (4) of the Samsung Galaxy 6S phones for our family. We spoke to friends and folks in Best Buy. There was a bit of a learning curve but once we worked with them for awhile, they were so easy to use.

Due to financial circumstances we were unable to have smart phones or plans that had texting before this purchase. I am learning how to use it. At first it felt very complicated. I enjoy learning so it has been kind of fun challenging myself to master this thing.

Love the phone. I am used to HTC so it took a little bit to get used to. The only thing I have a problem with is the finger print recognition. However, that could be my finger prints and not the phone...

Samsung has been a trusted product in my household for years and still to this day has not disappoint. We are 110% satisfied with our decision and even more satisfied with your customer service. Thank you for an amazing experience.

I got this for my daughter as an upgrade. She went from Samsung 4 to Samsung 6. She's completely satisfied & so am I. The upgrade was only $1 and we got a $250 Best Buy gift card which I used on an Apple watch. Black Friday deals!

I really like this phone. The only negative is that it is larger than I wanted. It no longer fits in my jeans pockets which is really needed when I babysit my grand boys. I am adapting but prefer the front pocket. This phone is much nicer than the Galaxy SIII.

Upgradee from the original HTC one amd couldnt be happier. Im still finding things the phone can do. Love the ultra power saving mode I can enable and really stretch the battery.

My HTC EVO 4G was dying and I was eligible to upgrade with Sprint. I went with the lease program and now am using a Samsung S6. Yes, the screen color is great and the phone is "mostly" user-friendly. However, I am so disappointed in the battery life. ALL the reviews I read said the battery was such an improvement. Hogwash! I have consistently dimmed the screen, closed out the apps and turned off the phone only to find the battery draining rapidly. The representative says there is absolutely nothing wrong with the phone. What a disappointment! It's going to be a long two year contract.

Its a great phone to use. Calls are really clear. The speakers are still for some reason at the bottom end of the phone. they are still pretty loud though. Lots of gestures and gimmicks to play with.

I was concerned about upgrading to the Galaxy S6 because it's a larger phone than I was used to. But once it was in my hands, I didn't give my old phone a second thought. Goodbye slider keyboard and hello gorgeous touchscreen!

When I first got the phone I did not like it. I had the S4 and was used to the OS on that so when I got the S6 it was like learning to us a smartphone all over again. But once I got comfortable with it after a week I like it now.
