    At the beginning I loved this phone. I came from an iPhone 5 and got this less than a month ago. About 2 weeks ago I started experiencing issues with the screen not responding to my inputs. It feels like I have to press extremely hard to get it to respond. Other times it works as advertised. If that doesn't get fixed I would never recommend this phone to anyone.

    Went dead in the middle of a call at the thirty one day mark. The store exchange policy is 14 days so the only solution was to return it to the manufacturer for a refurb. I call BS. By an iPhone, if there is a problem you can go to the Apple Store. The Samsung rep in the store wasn't helpful at all.

    COST WAS THE FACTOR THAT MOVED ME FROM THE 7 TO THE GALAXY 6. THE GS6 BY SAMSUNG IS A GREAT UPGRADE FOR ME IN DAILY BATTERY LIFE AND AS A SMART PHONE. IT HAS CHANGED MY OUTLOOK ON PHONES FROM THE OLD BAG PHONE TO A HAND HELD COMPUTER. I DISLIKE CHANGE BUT HERE I CHANGE MY MIND I WILL BECOME A NEW LEARNER WITH THIS NEW PHONE BY SAMSUNG.

    Very disappointed. Great reviews, but my cell did not have flash or camera light.after going in circles with Best buy and Sprint I called Samsung. Spent 3 1/2 hours root causing issue. In the end I had to create a ticket with Samsung and ship it back. I'm now using my old cell and waiting 2 weeks for my supposively new cell to be repaired.
