I like this phone but the battery drains way too quick. Without even making any phone calls, the battery will die after taking just a few pictures. Unlike previous Galaxys, the battery is not easily replaceable

I love the phone but the sprint service isn't as I had hoped for

I needed a new phone and went to Best Buy for exactly that, a best buy. I got a really good deal and I'm happy with my new phone and the service during my purchase. I bought 3 of the phones and they all work just like they should

Purchased phone since it was on sale ($1) and wife was complaining about her old S4; don't blame her. Works great and wife is happy. While it doesn't have the newer features of the S7, it is much better than all previous models.

Sometimes the audible tone notifications indicating you have a text message work and sometimes they don't, very frustrating to see that someone sent you a text an hour ago and you never new it!!!!

Just got this for my Mom's first smartphone. She had been putting it off for years fearing how complicated they are. Samsung has a great option for a simple home screen. And now she is very comfortable using the phone.

Talked my husband into getting this instead of htc as he wanted. Was told by Best Buy these screens are almost un-breakable b/c of new glass. Got zagg glass just in case, had Best Buy install but it was still lifting on edges. Was told by Best Buy that is due to screen curve and would be ok. 6hrs later my husband bumped into his car with his phone in his pocket & cracked his screen. The zagg was in perfect condition! Zagg didn't do its job in my opinion, Best Buy did nothing for me even though they installed zagg incorrectly from what I found out later, and for a phone that is supposedly hard to break it is very flimsy. My husband had his htc evo 4glte for 3yrs with no zagg & no damage!

Very poor batery life. If I had known the problem with the battery I would have bought a different phone

This phone gives a fantasticly designed user experience . Samsung really put a lot of thought into the functionality and use for the user from the design to the software it just works flawlessly.

I purchased phone for my ten yr old daughter. It was a great purchase . She was very excited to have the Galaxy s6 as her mother has the same phone but about a year older. Thank you Best Buy for selling phones for sprint

Overall the phone is great except for the fact that i am not connecting to sprints LTE signal. Had the phone replaced with no change.

If I wanted an iphone I would of bought an iphone. Samsung should realize there is a reason they have a market share in the hi-end cell phone demographic and is not because they are like an iphone is it because they aren't.

Im not happy with the reception of this phone. Not sure if its the phone or sprint. My wife has the note and has better reception then me. Customer service was no help.

I absolutely love this phone. Sleek and very nice. I like that it is an upgrade to the older version I have and has better capacity. For those who enjoy android this is the phone for you.

Got this for my sisters to replace her broken phone, and for only a dollar it was a bargain. Only buy phones on sale any time else it's a rip off, good phone get it only when on sale
