I owned a Samsung Galaxy S3 for a couple of years and was eager to see the capabilities of the new Galaxy S6. I have been extremely satisfied with this product, which has many more features than the older phone...still with the Samsung quality.

The Galaxy S6 is a huge failure for Samsung. If I wanted an iPhone, I would buy one! Why in the world would Samsung take such a huge step backwards by removing the options to have a removable battery and micro SD slot?? The S6 is also no longer water resistant or dust resistant. This is one of the main reasons why my wife scoffed at the S6. Any kind of practicality in owning a Galaxy S6 has been complete lost. Hopefully, Samsung learns their lesson and fixes these issues with the S7...

This phone was terrible!, it lacked all the features i liked from the s5, such as smart pause and smart scroll, and the battery life was horrendous, which the wireless charging, that hardly worked, did nothing to help. Also, the fingerprint scanner, barley ever worked, and was garbage, and constantly overheated. it is just getting the good reviews given to it, just because it is the samsung galaxy. This phone is terrible, do not buy it. However, the camera was excellent

Love the S6. Champagne color. Camera quality is outstanding! Wish the battery lasted longer. All in all I'm very pleased with the phone.

I have had no issues with this phone. I upgraded from a Galaxy 3 and I love it!

Ive had this phone for two years and it has been great! It finally slowed down on me after two years of usage.

I've had this phone for a while, and it finally passed the test. I had to keep returning it at first because it would drop calls, not receive calls/texts, and had other issues. Side note, never buy a phone when they first come out! It takes great pics.

Bought new S6 ~4 wks ago. Every since I got it it required charging 2 times a day if I didn't really use it, and 3 times/day if I did use. Brought it back a number of times, but they could not find anything wrong. Today my microphone died (I did not drop it, or anything else# so I cannot use the phone. I brought it back to Best Buy and they said there wasn't anything they could do #like replace it, or mail it back to Samsung#, I was on my own. I spoke with the store General Mgr who said I should call Corporate. When I called the number she gave me I got a low level clerk who would only help me if I had bought the Geek coverage #which I didn't)

This was the 2nd S6 that I have purchased. My wife has been using hers since it first was introduced and I bought this as a first phone for my 10 year old. It is very easy to setup and manipulate.

I ordered this phone on Black Friday and we were on vacation and I could not activate it right away. i went to activate the phone and it did not work. i went to best buy and it was 16 days after i purchased it. i just wanted to say how rude customer service was at the store and would not help me since it was past 15 days of purchase. they did not want to help me at all. i had to pay samsung $275 to fix the phone that you guys sent out damaged. this is the last time i will ever buu anything from best buy. i can not believe how rude best buy employees were. Best buy says and I quote "In the event that you are outside the Return and Exchange period and do not have a Geek Squad Protection plan, we would need to default to the manufacturer's policies on their warranty in order to have the item repaired and/or replaced. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause." Very sad customer service. I sent the phone to samsung and had to pay $275 to fix it I have insurance through my cellphone carrier but it was not there problem since I had not activated the phone yet.

If you liked any previous Samsung Galaxy phone, you will definitely like this one.

The S6 takes better pictures, which is very important. Plus I love the gold color.

My 81 year old mother needed to upgrade her old flip phone. This was a perfect purchase. After her intimidation subsided, she has been "into" the S6. She has learned to text, take photos, read email, etc, etc. Fantastic!

This phone not having the edge is useless. No reason to leave Apple for this.
