I love this Galaxy S6. The phone is super smooth and I do not have any complaints thus far. I would highly recommend this phone. I came from the HTC One M7 and I have no regrets. Also, the camera takes outstanding pictures.

I've had this phone since day 1 and I am seriously considering taking it back. So far, my biggest problem is Samsung's desire to be like the iphone when Apple is trying to be like Samsung. Why add a metal back when most people put their phones in a protective case and no one sees the phone anyway. The metal back means that I CAN'T EXPAND THE MEMORY in my phone!!! The 64 GB phone that I purchased really only has 55GB because the phone itself needs almost 10GB to operate. Looking to the future, I won't be able to store as much on my S6 as I could on my S5!!! I've had this phone for about 2 weeks and I've already used about 30GB!!! Also, this phone is neither waterproof nor water resistant!! How do you make progress and then regress to be like a lesser (i)phone?!?!?! I would NOT recommend this phone to my friends. I have had a Samsung cell phone for over 12 years, I would hate to leave them over this but it seems as if I might have to.

After the purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy S6 in December, I was able to enjoy the device problem-free for 8 months. The phone is exceptionally quick, has a great display, and the camera is superior. Then the rumors the common Samsung battery problems started to emerge as the phone would die intermittently, lose battery life unreasonably fast, and fail to recognize a "fast charger". This was until recently when the phone stopped working altogether. Knowing it was battery failure and that it would be covered under Samsung's warranty, I took the phone to my local Samsung repair center. This is where I was told that not only could they not fix the phone in the repair center, but the repair process would also be 3-5 days before it would arrive at my doorstep. It is now the 6th day and I haven't heard anything on the phone's status. Needless to say, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service Samsung has to offer as I have lost out on $2000 worth of business opportunities due to the lack of this phone. I do not have a home phone, so people are only able to reach me through email which is extremely inefficient. I feel that Samsung could have at least offered a rental phone as I mentioned I am dependent on my phone for business. They happily denied my request and sent me out the door. With this complaint in mind I will never purchase a Samsung product as I cannot count on their customer service to even be remotely satisfactory. I will also do my best in making sure others don't make the same mistake, I've heard Apple has far better support for their customers.

The Galaxy S6 has plenty of memory, is VERY fast, and with a good case, quite durable.

I was blown away by all of the upgrades that they have done on this phone. I switched from my S4. I definitely love this phone!

Got the phone to replace my wife's S5. She absolutely loves it! Features are similar enough to not be confusing, yet there are a few more bells and whistles, which is nice.

What happen to Samsung with no external micro SD. This is a major set back.
