The one thing that I've experienced (and seems a common issue from "Net reviews) when using IE there are tons of virus warnings. Appears a platform-specific issue. So use Chrome or something else to browse the Net and all is well. Nice product. Very good battery life.

Only issue was about a week later, the sensitivity on the screen. Took some digging on some Samsung forums, but found the firmware reboot. Not a Best Buy issue, but a Samsung issue. Otherwise, works great.

Battery is less than adequate.
