Sounds good, easy to use

I felt overwhelmed when I first got it, but BestBuy was wonderful and has knowledgeable employees who are very willing to demonstrate how to use the phone and made me aware of many additional functions. The sound quality is way, way better than my old clamshell phone. We switched from Verizon to AT&T and have not noticed any negative changes.
