Not totally happy

(I had confessed to not being knowledgeable about cell phones; I had still been using a Blackberry) One feature that I wish my phone had is "face-time", which I learn too late is solely an I-phone feature. Not happy with what I bought.

We decided to try Samsung bcz Best Buy had an incredible deal. We each received a $400 Best Buy gift card, a wireless charger and a VR goggles. My husband convinced me to switch to Samsung. Overall the phone was ok BUT IT WAS NOT AN IPHONE. I love FaceTime and IM messaging. Samsung didn't offer these features. The deal breaker for me was sending videos. They are horribly pixelated. So I went in and switched back to my iPhone. iPhone is much easier to use. Overall, Apple still has my heart.
