||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Samsung phones are great and simple to use for not -so-tech smart people like me.Best buy want to shout out for Alex at the Samsung counter .He has gone way out to help me every time I go to the store in athens,ga..I will not even ask for anyone else in that store and will not let anyone else help me .some of the employees there are not very nice ,but Alex is always very helpful as well as respectful. GIVE HIM A RAISE
