Expandable memory...where can you go wrong. Better then an iphone.

It's a great phone light very quick to use the apps respond well love it

I purchased this item at BestBuy because of the awesome customer service that is always provided. I was not disappointed again this time either. The staff was very professional, helpful and courteous. I was even informed of issues with my insurance coverage provided by my service provider that I was unaware of. The BestBuy associate helped correct these issues as well.

At first glance this seems like a great phone to have. I upgraded to this one from my Samsung Galaxy S5 and S5 worked better than this. The phone does it's jobs in placing calls and text, which is my main use for it as I do not use it for apps or games. Besides that, I use it to access the net while on lunch at work, which works fine with the wifi and on rare occasions, the GPS feature. The downfall of this phone is several things. One: I noticed this phone does not receive signals as well as my older phone does. I live out in the country in remote areas, so the signal is never great to begin with. My S5 always had a better connection rate though when placing calls and text. Second: The 4G data does not work sometimes. I'll be in a populated area with the data on, the 4G symbol lighted up on the phone. However, it will still say I'm not connected. Very frustrating when you have to relay on it for the GPS function or to access the net for something important on the get go. Three: I dropped my phone from waist height onto concrete sidewalk and the back shattered. The phone is still usable and it seems to not have affected anything since it's the back that broke. However, I have dropped my S5 plenty of times from different heights and on different surfaces and never has it taken the extent of damage like this phone has taken. We don't need sleek designs, we need more durable phones in case accidents happen. I use no cases on my phones.

My daughters first phone. She adapted well due to the ease of use.

We got this phone for our son and it has worked great so far. He likes it better than the Droid he had before. We also got it on sale so it was reasonably priced compared to other phones. We did get an otter box case for it because he has already dropped it a couple times, but no damage, it is pretty durable. He did get it wet and it has proven to be waterproof.

What an upgrade for the S7, great phone, responsive, long battery life!

not much different in body style from the galaxy S6. but i love that they add the expandable memory back and its water resistant.
