OK but not perfect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a Samsung 3 before and my wife a 4. This 7 is good but several negatives: 1. A lot heavier than the older Samsungs. 2. The Voice Mail default is not as good. 3. The software for Favorites defaults to auto call and does not give me a choice to see the contact and change the number to call from the Contact in the List.of contacts. 4. Overall, I like a lot of the features/presentation in the 3 and 4 better than the 7, although there are some better features too.

The phone is great, even though its not running vanilla android, touchwiz adds small tweaks here and there that make the experience as good if not better.

Practical
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the 7Edge before this, and there are a lot of differences that favor in the Edge, but still a good phone. The S7 doesn't have as long of a battery life as the Edge, but has decent life. The S7 doesn't have the listen Google feature (Samsung's Siri), or I haven't found it to enable it. But does do everything I was expecting it to do.
