It is such an upgrade from my galaxy s5 and I love the color. The battery was kind of obnoxious at first in terms of time of use, but after a week or two it finally understood the full charge and I felt Like I had my s5 battery back again yet in a much more powerful and sleeker body

LOVE it! We are Samsung people and buy everything in Samsung including TVs, phone, etc. Samsung has not let us down so far! Did not think I wanted the gold color at first and only because I prefer silver but actually I love the gold now. It kind of looks more like silver in the light.

Had to do a factory reset once after owning it only for a month now...I don't know why my screen just went black and wouldnt turn back on, had to go online for help, i haven't dropped it or anything...maybe due to an app? I dk, but other than that it's been good, some app glitches but overall I give it a 8 out of 10.

Love my new phone. I was considering an Iphone because I didn't want to lose my Itunes library. That was not a problem, I simply copied my songs to my SD card and then into my phone. First smart phone I have owned and I would recommend it. I have never used an Iphone so can not compare.

Takes great pics and works well as a phone. I like the style and ease to work with.

Seems like cell phones die around the time your two year contract is up. So where to buy a new cell phone becomes a chore. Timing is everything and BB had the deal of the year! When you can get $450 in BB gift cards for trading in your old worthless what's there to think about?

I love this phone; previously had an S5. I especially like the pink metallic color. The only reason I only gave it 4 stars is that apparently the edge of the phone is slightly curved (no, this not the edge), so that it is very difficult to find a tempered glass screen protector that fits properly. I am currently on my second screen protector. This is the only issue I have with this phone.

Good phone.. just like my S5... phone is sharp, a little better camera. It's ok

This is a great upgrade from my old S4. It is light, fast and charges so quickly.

The best customer service. One of the crew members priced matched a phone case that was 50 dollars, we got it for 15 dollars. My husband and I didn’t even know we could price match. The phone is a galaxy 7 I believe, my husband has had no problems with the phone.

I am pleased with my purchase at Best Buy. They offered a free TV with purchase. Good customer service, but it was like buying a car...took more time to do this transaction than I planned. But there was another bonus besides the TV; a choice between a Virtual Gear headset or a 256 mg SD card. So, with all the free stuff, and the great phone...I am pretty satisfied with this transaction.

Love my new Galaxy S7! What I love most is that the keystrokes on the phone did not change from the S5 causing me to not have to change what I already knew about the S5. Only thing different is how the Bluetooth connects to the car - still working on figuring out how to work on that.

I upgraded from the Samsung S5 to this phone. It works very similar to other Samsung phones, which I love. It does take some getting used to to the buttons being in different locations to do tasks, but easy enough to learn. The phone jack is on the bottom of the phone and does not allow me to plug in my credit card reader while it has a case on it, more the cases issue than the phone.

I love Samsung products and decided to upgrade to the S7 after owning my S4 for 3 years. I do not think the S7 is much different other than being a bit more streamlined. The reason I upgraded was my S4 needed to be restarted multiple times a day. I bought the gold S7 and love it!

Seems like Samsung has done a good job building this phone. Everything works well so far. Only problem I've had is the phone continuously disconnecting from wifi as soon as the phone goes to sleep/stand by mode. Doesn't happen on every single network so it might be a router issue.

The camera and speed of the S7 are amazing. The battery does not last as long.

I bought an S7 right before S8 came out. I was worried that I had wasted my money but I love this phone. It has some features that I don't use but overall it is a great phone and charges quickly with the wireless charger. I am very happy with this phone and glad I got it.

The camera is better then my old flip phone. I'm really enjoying my new phone.

Nice upgrade from S4. Better camera. Still getting used to some newer features.
