No complaints with the phone performance, feel etc. Another good Samsung product. However the trend toward non replaceable batteries is bad news. Just about the time the phone is paid for, you'll need a new one as the batteries just don't hold up nearly as well as the phone. does. Next replacement cycle, I'll really have to consider a competitor with a replaceable battery

Bought the phone for more memory due to work. It works great.

Very happy with both the phone and the overall contract. Had a glitch with the first phone (battery overheated BAD) but was replaced immediately in-store and have had no problems with new one. (These things happen, sales crew fixed the problem without hesitation.)

I had an iPhone and galaxy s5. Really like th he s7. User friendly.

The design was the first thing that caught my eye. I love the color and the fact that this phone is waterproof is a definite plus. I am glad I didn't choose the edge because it seems a little too gimmicky and not much more advanced other than the curved sides.

Great phone and features but we got the gold model and screen protectors do not adhere as well to the finish as our previous black phones. Battery seems to drop quickly right after you begin your day but tapers off throughout the rest of the day. Don't know why it would do that but it does it consistently daily. Not a large amount just about 6% of the battery life.

I am not a tech guy and bought this because I hate apple products and my previous phone was a Samsung. There are so many features on this phone that are great and my wife who is a iPhone lover is jealous of the clear screen and great photo features of the phone.

I was very pleased with the service I received at best buy,and I love my galaxy S7 I purchased, the gentlemen were so helpful and kind. I will keep going back to best buy for other items I may need .. Thank you again for your care and good service .... Chipper

Love this phone. I have only had a smart phone for 1 year (a month-month plan) and I can't believe what I have been missing out on. Absolutely love this phone and I very rarely lose calls in our country setting or as I am driving around. Love the Verizon plan too!

I had gotten the moto z as it was supposed to be this great phone that has a great camera. I was not happy. None of that is true. I was very excited to be able to get back to a Samsung and the s7 is perfect with the best updates and the gold isn't gaudy.

The phone works well and I prefer Android over OS. This is my sons phone, and one thing I do not like is the VR head set. Since you have to remove it from the case to use it, it makes it very easy for the phone to be broken. I'm sure with all the cases out there it would be impossible to design a head set to work with all of them, but not thrilled with it.
