    I am not a fan of the new Samsung S7. I have had several Samsung phones in the past and the design on this phone just isn't up to par with the phones of the past. It's difficult to find adequate protection for the phone and over all the features aren't that upgraded from my previous phone.

    I was all hyped to get my new phone as my dinosaur S3 mini was dying. I got the phone and the salesperson was very helpful. Two weeks and 1 day the phone died after a samsung upgrade. I didn't get the warranty which was the 1st question and pretty much the only question I was asked. The person wasn't willing to do anything to help me. I left the store and went to AT&T and they got me a new phone and paid for the return of the dead one. So guess where I will go for my next phone. Also there is a known problem with people hearing you when you're talking on this phone. Samsung has done nothing to fix this problem even in the S8 I am told. Other than that the new phone has worked fine but I still have regrets that I'm spending this amount for it.
