Upset that I had to get a new S7 after one year, because my old one keeps locking, freezing, crashing. Rarely receive calls

Product was defective. Returned it to Best Buy. However AT&T. is still giving me a hard time with Bill for the phone.

screen went out in about 2 weeks (phone defect) don't notice much difference from the s5 to this. little here and there

My daughter loves the Samsung products she's comfortable with what she knows and they're more affordable than Apple

other than I lost all of my info on my sim card due to a glitch between the new phone and the old sim, overall good

My phone is slow it freezes a lot. Sometimes the letters don't type in. I have to press them several times.

led screen broke in 2 only 2 weeks. can't tell much difference between s5 and s7 besides that good phone

The phone had to be replaced within 30 day because it started freezing up and you could not see the screen.

I have had constant issues with my phone since I purchased it. I returned to Best Buy multiple times to try to fix the problem before being told they couldn't help me. I spent countless hours on the phone with Samsung before they told me it was a carrier issue then another 8 months of calls to AT&T working my way up to the office of the president and the problems still aren't rectified. Here is the list: I don't receive all text messages sent, especially in a thread, I never have more than one bar of service, some people can't text me at all, pictures sent go through distorted, there are times when people can't hear me or say I sound like the teacher off Charlie Brown, dropped calls and the list goes on. I actually lost my job 8 months pregnant because I was sent text messages to come in to work that I never received losing income and health insurance. So here I sit a year later paying for a phone that does not work. I have heard that others that own this phone have had the same problems.

It does a lot of weird things by itself, changing fonts, background, ringtones, going on and off.

If I had it to do over I would get the 7 slim. As a woman I don't think it would be as hard to hold.

Not nearly as good as iPhone, really should just give up cell phone market and stick to TVs

It looses the Charge very fast . Not a big fan of this after having this for over a month or so

I am not sure it is any better than the one I had BEFORE I wanted the note 7 but it is ok!

This phone is better than previous versions but I have had a few WiFi connection issues.

Had to switch to this phone due to the recall on the note s7. Please switch me back!

I've had a Samsung phone for 15 years and the S7 is the first one I've regretted purchasing. Phone goes silent half the time after the voicemail picks up on outgoing calls. Text messages, especially picture texts, don't always get delivered to recipient (or your recipient won't be able to open file), even though your phone shows delivery time. Called AT&T tech support which was supposed to contact me back within two days, but they never did. Went into an AT&T store and they tell me software is up to date and nothing wrong with phone when attached to diagnostic machine. Intermittent problem with camera--shows that it's taken a picture, but when you later go to gallery, picture will not be there. Now they want me to exchange phone for a refurbished phone. I've had this phone for one month and these problems started the first week I purchased. Worst purchase of my life.

I have had the phone for two weeks, and havent experienced any issues yet.
